Le Capa steakhouse and bar qui est situé au 17ème étage sur le toit du Four Seasons propose des coupes de viandes de choix savamment préparées sur le feu et une cuisine aux influences espagnoles dans un cadre vivant et vibrant. Les diverses offres du Capa vont des petits plats inspirés de New Basque jusqu'à un éventail de fruits de mer frais de la Floride. La liste de vins et de cocktails mettent l'accent sur des spécialités régionales ainsi que sur certains classiques mondiaux. Le service est intuitif, accessible et authentique. Miyazaki Wagyu Beef

Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Is 100% purebred Japanese Wagyu from the Miyachiku co-op which is located in the Miyazaki Prefecture of Japan. The breed of cow that is used is Karogue Washu. Miyazaki beef must have a Meat Quality Score of A-4 or A-5 (the top grades). All of our cuts have the highest score of A-5! The fat in Wagyu beef has a lower melting point than any other beef. If cooked for too long at too high a heat, it simply melts away. The sensation of the meat melting in your mouth is what makes Wagyu beef such an extraordinary culinary experience

This was my first time at a Michelin Star restaurant and it was fantastic! We had a 5:00 reservation so there were only 2 parties sat before us. We were sat in a beautiful booth table towards the back which was fine because it was quieter once the restaurant filled up. Our waiter, Gama, I believe was his name, was absolutely amazing! He knew the entire menu by heart and recommended his favorites which we ordered some of his recommendations. We ordered the Ensalada de Tomate, which was so flavorful! We ordered the Gambas Tapas which was amazing! I ordered the Delmonico Steak with Maiz as a side with the Capa Steak Sauce (probably the best steak I’ve had yet, ordered medium rare and was perfection!). I was celebrating my birthday so of course got dessert, Coulant de Dulce de Leche, which is a chocolate caramel lava cake with banana ice cream and I immediately fell in love! The restaurant itself is gorgeous! I love the black cement walls with small hints of art around the restaurant. I highly recommend dining here as it is one of the better restaurants I’ve dined at!

We had such a special evening dinning at Capa. First off, all the staff was incredibly professional. From the front desk to anyone helping with our table, they all knew the menu, backwards and forwards. They were able to make great suggestions and any modifications we needed. Food was perfectly made and beautifully presented. Every dish was memorable, which can be so challenging to do. We finished the evening off with a beautiful sunset from the patio. We're looking forward to coming back!
