Le Capa steakhouse and bar qui est situé au 17ème étage sur le toit du Four Seasons propose des coupes de viandes de choix savamment préparées sur le feu et une cuisine aux influences espagnoles dans un cadre vivant et vibrant. Miyazaki Wagyu Beef

Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Is 100% purebred Japanese Wagyu from the Miyachiku co-op which is located in the Miyazaki Prefecture of Japan. The breed of cow that is used is Karogue Washu. Miyazaki beef must have a Meat Quality Score of A-4 or A-5 (the top grades). All of our cuts have the highest score of A-5! The fat in Wagyu beef has a lower melting point than any other beef. If cooked for too long at too high a heat, it simply melts away. The sensation of the meat melting in your mouth is what makes Wagyu beef such an extraordinary culinary experience

From the exquisite dishes to the personalized touches, every detail was perfect and made for a truly unforgettable experience. The chef’s creativity and Corey’s passion shone through in every course, and the attentiveness of your staff added to the warm, intimate atmosphere. We felt incredibly cared for throughout the evening and genuinely appreciated all the effort that went into making it such a memorable celebration. Our Server Amanda had flawless recommendations, knew the menu front to back, provided excellent service at the highest level. My cowboy bone-in fillet was the favorite of the night. Definitely recommend a reservation around 7:30 PM, so you can enjoy the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot on the terrace! All around amazing experience! Thank you for making a birthday celebration so special!

Oh my gosh!!!! By far the best restaurant I have been to. Mike Bacon was phenomenal. He really made our experience enjoyable. Very personable and we could tell he really loves his job. Everything we ordered was remarkably well cooked. Our experience was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back. I won’t even mention the view, to die for 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️❤️❤️

We brought our foodie 13 year old son here for his birthday & had an outstanding experience. We booked our dinner at 8:30 hoping to be seated on the balcony area to catch Magic Kingdom fireworks. We lucked out on both, it was a beautiful evening with a perfect sunset. The food was delicious, I kind of expected to leave hungry because ‘fancy’ restaurants sometimes serve smaller portions, but we were pleasantly surprised. My son got the Japanese wagyu and it was perfect, the cheese plate & bacon/date appetizer were the other standout dishes. We didn’t order dessert but our server surprised my son with a stunning dessert arrangement. The white chocolate mousse & churros were a perfect end to a memorable dining experience! We will absolutely be back
