    Celebrated a 60th birthday. Absolutely flawless service and the food was outstanding as always. I wish I could remember our servers name, he was outstanding. I love Cap City!

    Had late brunch. The omelet was very good. Wish the potatoes weren't so done. Half were burnt. The ones that weren't tasted good. Wish there was more icing on the rolls. Service was good.

    Had an early Sunday lunch. Seated by reserved time. Lunches were great as usual. Service was a bit off which is unusual; server may have been new. We will return again as Cap City Fine Diner remains on our go-to list.

    Salmon is always delicious here! Someone in our party had the crab cake special. They were underwhelmed by the flavor of the crab cakes and the overall plate (2 cakes with a little bit of vegetables).

    Busy Saturday lunch service. Arrived at 1pm and were greeted fairly quickly, served water and ordered within 10 minutes. Side salad and bread served promptly. Then things went south. At 2 pm we wondered what happened to our burger and pasta dish. The couple seated across from us who arrived around 1:30 were eating their entrees. Our entrees finally arrived and my burger and fries came with a very small ramekin 1/2 filled with catsup. I immediately asked for more catsup and received a second paltry serving. The burger was dry and did not have a sauce or catsup or mustard. The server didn't check back and I did not eat much of the burger. We received our check and put a credit card on it at the end of the table. We saw our server serving other tables but never glancing in our direction. We stood and put on our jackets and the server continued to ignore us. We had to enlist the help of another employee to pay our bill and leave. We will not be darkening Cap City's door again.

    We have been going to Cap City since it's been open. It has always been great food, service, and atmosphere. However, the past few times we've been there everything is mediocre, and definitely not worth what they charge. We keep waiting for the experience that we used to have there and unfortunately we don't think it is coming back.

    Always a great meal. Reservation was timely, quickly seated. Our server, Connor, was wonderful. Food was delicious as always.
