L'intérieur, initialement créé par des décorateurs réputés comme Yabu Pushelberg et récemment rafraîchi par Anacleto Design est propre, sobre, mais absolument élégant : un écho brillant à la richesse des matières premières du Canada. Haven’t been here for a few years. My wife was here for lunch last week with a colleague. Beautiful view and great wait staff. Food was good but nothing more. Scallop starter was not very tasty and sauce over powered scallop. 2 of us had filet with lobster. Filet was well done at one end and medium rare on other for both orders (both ordered medium). Lobster (sampled by 5 people from both orders) was undercooked. Cheesecake was good. 4 people ordered crème caramel. No one finished it as was not very tasty. Food used to be better. Not sure if we just caught an off night or the kitchen was understaffed? Won’t rush back.

We were greeted by a very cold host. It was the first point of service and it felt very off putting. A simple smile would have sufficed. We ordered the raw bar, some bread and truffle fries. I am a seafood lover and this was the very first time I had to spit out an oyster into my napkin. There was shell and grit in it. At this price point I expect my oysters to be properly cleaned and shucked. A heads up that there was dip underneath the seafood would have been helpful as the first bites were very bland as I didn’t know to dig down deep into the dish to get the flavour. As a long time customer, I am disappointed and will not be returning. The price to value alongside customer service is unbalanced.

Celebrated my wife’s 57 birthday last night. We both enjoyed the menu tasting experience. The Group of Seven Cocktail- was Fucken Delicious

Just go for the experience with excellent service and spectacular view. The onion soup was delicious and served in a real onion. The other dishes looked great (lamb and pork) but in very small portions ($79 each) and tasted average for that price. However the experience is great.

We had an unforgettable experience with stunning city views, impeccable service, and exceptional Canadian cuisine. Each dish was beautifully crafted with local ingredients, and the lamb and braised beef from the menu are must-try. Perfect for special occasions or a refined night out. We had a birthday celebration and they made it special with my requested card and dessert design note.
