Our experience was dire. I booked for afternoon tea for my daughter and I. She was home from Australia for a holiday, had asked to go out for tea and it was really important. My other daughter joined us by chose à la carte as she is a vegan. They seemed chaotic from arrival. After 40 minutes, my daughter’s vegan salad came. Nothing for us. We had to work hard to get the attention of the manager (might have been Daniella?) but she was surly and had no information. After over an hour and ages after our vegan had finished, we still had no food. In the end we left, had to pay for the indifferent salad which we had only wanted to keep us company- afternoon tea was the main event and I paid service - waste of money . No apology. My husband and I use the Westfield branch but I will never go again. Disgraceful

i had a really bad experience at caffe concerto at 152 bromton road knightsbrige, I told the waiter i had a table booked and he ignored me, this was very upsetting as I had my 2 friends came all the way from USA. then my afternoon platter was horrible and then I was over charged by 16 pounds and never got my money refunded.

We were not greeted well and the staff did not bother to look at our booking that was made months ago. The waiter/manager did not ask our allergies when he served us and when we told him we cannot eat some of the food due to allergies - he complained that they are busy with customers and that we did not tell him before when he did not ask at all. It was a birthday meal and was not friendly at all. It was very rushed as well. Would not go again

It was good to be able to sit with the doors open as it was a sunny day. The service was a little slow and the egg dish with hollandaise sauce was quite tasteless.

Have been to other branches of Cafe Concerto which are much nicer. Sandwiches very good, scones hard, tea very weak. Staff were alright, but no one checked if everything was ok with our meal. We still enjoyed our time there. This was not the branch opposite Harrods .

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Coffee and cake didn’t even taste that good. Awful service, the staff are very stuck up and unhelpful. Would not reccommend.

Where do I start I guess with the cocktail a margarita in a plastic glass tequila, Cointreau and salt round the plastic rim no lime or any kink of sugar syrup. The starter came out with only half the ingredients that was on the menu 4 minutes later the mains came out then was asked if we wanted to keep them in the kitchen till we finished the starter rather than redo them they were just left in the kitchen till we asked for them and once again only half of what was said in the menu. I’m guessing maybe the bar staff and chef were on holiday who knows All for a grand sum of £145 What a joke

Booked a table for 8 and we were seated at three different tables scattered across the restaurant. Slow service with items brought out randomly (like scones first, tea 30 mins later, then a struggle to get milk for the teas). Not sure I’d go back.
