Caffé Concerto presents a luxuriously decorated contemporary dining room with a strong music policy. Surrounding the gleaming grand piano is a number of tables populated with both shoppers and those who have made the visit solely to dine on the fine Italian menu. Our kitchen focuses on favourites of the Italian table, with an extensive menu from Carbonara to Chicken Milanese, with vegetarian, seafood, sandwiches and a selection of salads. We were a party of 8 with a reservation. We arrived a bit early and was seated right away. Our server was so fun, accommodating, and kind to her “first table of Americans” for the night. The food was sublime. Do try the gravy! We all had a variety of the steaks, the salads, chips, and (yes) gravy. When we were finished up the server brought us a free dessert to share. White chocolate cheesecake, which was so good!

Turned up earlier than our booking time, not busy so accommodate us early. Service very slow and not overly friendly. Had to wait 30 mins for our hot drinks and 45 mins for our afternoon tea. Somewhat disappointed Bathroom door got jammed.

The menu was impressive with a huge choice. Staff were friendly and attentive and smartly turned out. The cafe was a little noisy but not excessively so for a location on a busy road. The salads were nicely presented and fresh. The booking system used by the Concerto chain was rubbish as very little availability online and yet we observed quite a few of your cafes half empty at various times of the day.

Very disappointing experience. We had a reservation for afternoon tea. When I advised our server that my daughter had a nut allergy, he told us that there was nothing safe on the menu for her to eat. I was surprised by this, as we ate all over London that week and every other restaurant was very accommodating. We ended up leaving.

Have been in several times and this was by far the worst experience. Extreme smell of burnt greasy food and left with smell on clothes. Staff very slow and when food had to go back no apology. 6 members of staff where required just to understand that we had a reservation. They didn't know how to serve champagne nor did they even know how to place it in an ice bucket. Very poor service, food was a greasy mess and they had the audacity to try and charge a service charge. Disgusting, will never be back

It was ok. Nothing special; food ok, ambiance ok, service ok (not really friendly)… I expected a little bit more. It could be a really good place with more smiles and warm scones instead of a little bit cold.

Nice food however, menu differed from the one online which was disappointing. Prices were extremely high, higher than The Ivy where their food/service is 5*. The restaurant itself looked pretty but the service was probably the worst I've encountered. There seemed to be lots of staff but no organisation. Trying to get someone's attention was near impossible and the wait between orders and food was bizarre, lunch turned into a two and a half hour event. After reading other reviews everyone is said the same. I personally wouldn't go here again or recommend.

Big disappointment booked for treat for friend. On arrival was told no booking so showed email confirmation. Ordered drink and food. Drinks came wrong drink sent back got correct order. Then food came I ordered carbonara when it came. Sauce seperated pool of butter in bottom. Bacon was just fat not pancetta. Waiter put Parmesan cheese on. Complained and sent back when it returned tasted disgusting. I’m sure they had just put in pan to reheat and add thickener tasted very salty and cheesy nothing like carbonara. Complained and sent back declined any other as my friend by this time had eaten her food. After then sitting for 25 mins waiter came offered a drink on house which they agin got wrong!!! We were then presented with bill my food had been removed but a 12.5% service charge had been added. To which I asked to be removed. The side dish of garlic bread which I had not eaten had also been charged. Overall dissatisfaction with quality and lack of customer service. Venue and location does not excuse awful service and quality. Won’t be revisiting.

The food was very average compared to the price charging. Half the things on the menu they didn’t even have. The pasta was very hard and chewy. The first waiter who took our order sohit was very rude and shaked his head after we ordered. The manager is telling the waiters off infront of everyone. Not professional definitely would not recommend. £95 for three pastas. Definitely not work it.
