We’ve been dining at Cafe Sierra for more than 10 years. Food quality remains consistently good, plenty of options for everyone. Service is friendly and efficient. They gave me a complimentary slice of opera cake for my birthday (it was delicious!). Thank you, Cafe Sierra.

The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, appearance wise it was somewhat like a diner, to be truthful. The carpeted floors had buts of shell and seafood. No one seemed interested in cleaning behind each departed guest. They crammed as many tables as they could, moving between them was treacherous. For 160$ I expected much better service, ambiance and the overall experience. Eating lobster and crab is not the rarity it once was years ago. Do not expect customers to be in awe of that so much that they forget the sticker price. Universal needs to do better overall.

Excellent food and desserts. Space was clean. Staff was great, attentive, and added to the buffet experience. Live music was amazing!

Our experience was met with great satisfaction. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our time together and plan on coming back again.

Food quality was amazing as expected from the other reviews. One thing to note, the open lobster crab tails are ONLY available for the dinner $160, NOT the brunch $100 so don't be fooled by the pictures that all of them are for the brunch. You pay more for the better lobster experience....Otherwise everything else was delicious and great value!

Staff was very loud, they were taking photos of food. Playing with the food. All food was thrown away. Was very tacky

The staff was so friendly! Especially our waiter, the gentlemen dispensing the lobster and king crab was exceptionally personable and nice. Unfortunately the kong crab and lobster was dry, soft shelled crab was soggy.... Food wasn't terrible, but wasn't incredible either

I took my wife for her birthday dinner, we were both please with food and the service. And the big plus was the live jazz band playing as we was eating what a great experience and memorable moment.

The food was good, really good. Even so I think the price is a bit on the high side. I wish the price was that I could return every once in a while, but unfortunately I can't justify it especially because I can't stretch my stomach to fit more yummy delicious food:) All in. all the food was delicious!

This is our third time coming to the all you can eat buffet and this time it left a lot to be desired. The food was and always has been amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to see a slight changed to the selection, the server told us they rotate different dishes out on occasion. The service however left little to be desired. I assume they were not prepared for a packed house, full of hungry people tonight. The waiter seemed to have a lot of tables and a lot of people, so the attention just wasn’t there today. The busboys were slow at picking up dirty plates, they picked up the table next to us frequently but not ours, they took the shell tray and never returned with a clean one, we had to take one off the empty table next to us and put our used plates there as well. It feels like everyone seemed overwhelmed and maybe some extra help should’ve been called in. For $159 pp, service needs to be better!
