Ive never really been a person to complain about service nor be disappointed in the wait staff when the night is busy. I had taken my mother out for her birthday and I thought this would help an amazing choice as we have dined here before and it was a very pleasant experience. However i unfortunately cannot say the same with the experience i had today. Our waiter was Jason, who once seated, seemed to not pay any mind to my table located in the middle of the restaurant as well as a couple other groups, who were also waiting to grab their attention. It was quite a strange ordeal as it seemed he was merely paying attention to his larger table groups and neglecting the smaller groups. I tried to grab his attention multiple times to no avail. We decided maybe he is just overbooked and i gave him the benefit of the doubt. We had finished our first round of food without even a glass of water being poured or any sight of our waiter, though he happily greeted multiple larger groups that had sat after us. I grabbed the attention of a fellow waitress who was kind and offered us assistance and drinks. Once our waiter realized we existed, he cane by to see if things were alright (which it unfortunately was not alright at the time). That was one of the last times i interacted with our waiter as he seemed to vanish from sight once again. I attempted to make the best of our meal and my mother: birthday and paid it no mind. Come time to get our check, which felt harder than any task as it was impossible to get our waiters attention as it seemed his gaze was avoiding out table outright. Once i finally grabbed his attention(essentially blocking the walkway with my hand) he noted i wanted the check but proceeded to go to another large table group and grab their check for them first, despite them requesting this after me. By this point i was completely dumbfounded and wondered if there was an issue with our table? It was an unfortunate night that i hope will be different in the future.

Majority of the food was cold. It could’ve been an off day. I don’t think I’d attend dinner again. Not work the $150 price too me. However, I think everyone should experience it for themselves.

This ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet is an amazing dining selection. The staff are very friendly and visit your table to refill your Mimosa before it's halfway gone. The staff will sing Happy Birthday to you if you are celebrating a birthday. If you have friends who eat like a bird, then I would recommend that you dine outside at Five On The Hill because you can purchase your meal a la carte, opposed to paying $95 plus taxes and gratuity if you only ate a salad.

I ate about 15 oysters, which were big and plump, but I spent the rest of the day going to the bathroom 7-8 times that night, if you know what I mean. The lobster thermidors were dried and not pleasant tasting. I think they used older, uneaten lobsters from day(s) before. The prime rib wasn't very good. The lobster claw and snow crabs were average. For over $100 with tax, I only enjoyed the clam chowder, salmon sashimi and strawberry ice cream. The valet parking with validation was almost $20! I will never go again.

Remarkable all you can eat!! Crab legs Alaskan and Snow! The oysters, the scallops, the WHOLE LOBSTER! And just when you think you can get enough, the hot dishes with fresh sushi to made to order. The prime rib station with beef ribs and lamb chops! This place was worth EVERY PENNY!!! The dessert selection with two chocolate fondue sauces. The ice cream station with every topping available. Then the last but not least all you can DRINK beer, wine and mimosas!!! It’s worth the wait and worth the trip! Simply delicious!

We had an amazing dinner experience at Cafe Sierra at the Hilton Universal during their Friday dinner buffet. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, but the highlight of the night was definitely the lobster. It was fresh, succulent, and perfectly cooked. The buffet offered an impressive selection of dishes, catering to all tastes, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The ambiance of Cafe Sierra is elegant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a special dinner. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time and left feeling extremely satisfied. We can't wait to come back for another delightful dining experience. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked to the hostess desk to leaving, we were very content, very happy, and treated great! The room is very large and there was some nice music by a local musician. Really enjoyed listening to his songs that was the musical instrument and no vocal. Our server was Michael who was outstanding throughout the meal, very attentive. From the very beginning of the buffet line which included an enormous amount of cold seafood items, including some very big and yummy oysters. Filet mignon was absolutely yummy. There was some beef ribs that were outstanding. The lamb was delicious. Of course the star was the lobster and the crab legs which were warm. There was warm butter. There was multitude of sauces. Very easy to get the lobster and crab legs. The gentleman serving them was very nice. The sushi looked great and tasted great. If the food wasn’t enough, at the end was a wonderful dessert bar. The white and dark chocolate fondue was delicious. Certainly the most items I have ever seen at a crêpe bar. I enjoyed the peach and orange mimosas. Plenty of wet wipes. Plenty of crackers and pickers for the lobster and crab. We will certainly be back because our first time visiting here was absolutely wonderful.
