Me & my sister flew to LA from KC just to eat here. The setting and staff was excellent, very friendly, on point with refills and clearing the table. We truly love how they did not rush us to eat. We really took our time and enjoyed the food. We are seafood lovers so of course we went for crablegs and lobster after trying other items on the bar. The cold bar of seafood gives you the option to grab as much as you want. The hot bar they serve you but is worth the several trips, oh and yes everything was fresh. Overall we had a great experience . If you like seafood and you are in LA please try it out.

Great date night. Very nice ambiance. It didn’t have the hustle and bustle atmosphere like most buffets.

The quality was amazing, our waiter Michael was attentive, informative, engaging and friendly, when I first walked in I was greeted by Miriam asking her about my daughter’s baby and the stroller,she was so accommodating and gave me options of where to sit, she was friendly and I appreciated that, Anytime I had a question I asked Ann she was right on it , she was friendly , and made me feel welcomed, there was a older bald man as our bus person I think his name was earnest I didn’t have my glasses on my table was constantly clean and wt seafood a table can be messy, the restaurant was clean the singer was great the chefs were accommodating and friendly. The salmon was top quality so buttery , the lobster claws were in a sauce was out of this world just enough spicy . The adobo chicken was delicious . The snow was one of the best I ever had!! The prime rib was a little rare for me but it was delicious, the duck was awful , it was dry hard and no flavor , very disappointing, I was looking forward to eating the soft shell crab didn’t have any and the bone marrow none so I was disappointed, I save for 6 months to bring my family and watched all the video on menu , so I was looking forward to crab and marrow . I have been in the restaurant business for 35 years so I watched everyone and think the Hilton is lucky to have such amazing staff, everyone was great the food!! I will definitely like to come again, back to saving lol. Thank you for a delightful evening.

The mimosas are very refreshing! I loved all of the 🦞 fresh seafood. I recommend the Suimai, lobster Mac and cheese, pork buns and pistachio ice cream. I celebrated my daughter’s 25th birthday here all of the food was divine. Our waiter was very attentive and quick to serve us.

Food was at improper temperature. Mash potato was only thing that was hot. Everything else lukewarm warm. No seasoning on boiled seafood crab legs and lobster. For $163 I would have expected food to be hot. Horrible experience.

I enjoyed everything thing there however I would’ve preferred if it closed like an hour or two later, aside from that everything was amazing and well worth it.

Came here on a Friday evening with my husband at 6:20, for reservations at 6:30. We were greeted and seated promptly. Ambiance was nice and not crowded at all. The seafood buffet is all you can eat Maine lobster and king crab legs, oysters on the half shell and mussels, as well as shrimp. Main hot food selection includes prime rib, duck, pork belly, short ribs and side dishes to pair with, free flowing mimosas, beer and soft drinks also included in the price of $149.00 per person. We came here for the lobster and king crab legs, but I have to say, for the price it was nothing special, more mediocre. Hot food selection was ample and tasty, lobster was good, quick shout out to Pavel, but the crab legs were overcooked, as a result tasted flavorless and the shell was hard to crack. At that point, $149.00 per person was steep and not worth the drive. Dessert selection was amazing, but nothing that was noteworthy as far as taste. Again the selection was amazing, just mediocre in taste. Another complaint would be the parking, as the buffet is in the Hilton Hotel near Universal Studios. When you park underground, you take a ticket and it says $15.00 an hour, and if you get validation it’s significantly less, but no one asked if we needed validation for parking. So beware, you will pay an arm and a leg if you don’t ask! That should be standard practice for the hostess or waiters when taking initial drink orders. Otherwise, servers were friendly and attentive in clearing out plates and asking if we needed any drink refills. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning, I wish I could say otherwise.

I had been to cafe Sierra many times, and have seen the buffet change several times. This time the food was exceptional and I can’t wait to go back!
