We had an amazing dinner experience at Cafe Sierra at the Hilton Universal during their Friday dinner buffet. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, but the highlight of the night was definitely the lobster. It was fresh, succulent, and perfectly cooked. The buffet offered an impressive selection of dishes, catering to all tastes, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The ambiance of Cafe Sierra is elegant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a special dinner. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time and left feeling extremely satisfied. We can't wait to come back for another delightful dining experience. Highly recommend!

The ambience was wonderful, staff was personable and friendly. They got us what we needed and sat us in a very comfortable area. Food was great, I enjoyed the king crab legs and lobster tails. It wasn't salty, like other buffets I've been too. I would recommend for seafood lovers.

Café Sierra's high-end seafood buffet fell short of expectations, feeling more like a cafeteria experience. Despite the good service and welcome champagne, the food quality was mediocre and didn't justify the premium price. Disappointing overall.

Food is good. Wide assortment of things to choose from. Seafood, meats, sushi, desserts, sides, etc. The only real issue is that it’s not the greatest experience for dinner. It’s very loud with all the room chatter, and it lacks any sense of intimacy. It’s great for the brunch though, when noise levels and the large buffet style room is more in line with what one would expect at that time of day, and it’s less expensive and you get pretty much the same things.

As a Hilton employee I called and was told I would get 50% off. I arrived and they said that's not the case. I felt obligated to pay due to the distance and effort I put in to go there. Food is good. Service is slow. Tables are packed on top of each other.

Was definitely disappointed, expecting the food quality would match the price point and it did not. The honey walnut shrimp was dry, the crab meat was mushy, the sushi wasn’t the freshest. They didn’t have the crepe station either so that was another let down. But the lobster was pretty good. They had some other decent dishes as well. Your price comes with beer, wine, soft drinks and tea. Price: $149 seafood buffet Service was awful as well, server kept forgetting my drink, went to attend wealthier looking tables, barely paid us any attention. Parking: with validation came out to $12 but around $13 with tax
