   We always enjoy dining at Cafe Normandie. The food is consistently very good. The servers are always delightful. Sometimes the meal comes out slowly, but it's worth the wait. And it's a French Cafe, so who's in a hurry. Oh, and the baguettes are the best.

   Several times there for lunch, always yummy, good service, clean, nice menu.

   The food was great as always! I am sad that the buttery Chardonnay I’ve previously enjoyed is no longer on the menu. Our waitress was adorable but absent. It took about 20 minutes before we received menus. We wanted to order a second round of drinks but the waitress didn’t show up until we were tired of waiting and had decided to leave. We asked for the check and told her we needed it quickly as we had theater tickets. She dropped of check and never came back. I took check to the hostess to pay. Unacceptable service.

   My wife and I are regulars. This time we had two out-of-town family members with us for their first visit to Cafe Normanie. We enjoyed an excellent meal, and a delightful family evening together. Notable selections from our dinner include cream of crab soup, tomato and mozzarela salad, escargots (a dozen succulant snails), crepe Annapolis (shell fish and seafood -- no "fillers" -- encased by an authentic very thin Normandie-style crepe). Taking into account that their servings run on the gernerous side, the four of us shared one serving of profiteroles for desert.

   We hadn’t been since moving away. It was as wonderful as we remembered. From Lillet blanc through escargot, veal normandie, profiteroles - all delicious. Our server Anna was delightful.

   Food was good. Service was slow. Casual afternoon so didn’t impact our day but would be mindful of it if returning for dinner

    One of our favorite restaurants in Annapolis! Always great food, and Jean-Louis is a wonderful host.
