   Our server was exceptional and we shared that we had just returned from our trip to Spain and were meeting our daughter for lunch. He helped to make our lunch experience memorable.

   Unfortunately not a good experience. Had booked a table for late breakfast (was not staying at the Novotel). Waited 10 minutes to be seated, no one ever asked if we had a reservation, we were seated in a room far far away from the main lounge. 10.45 AM, clearly most clients were done having breakfast, but no fresh coffee, dirty menus handed to us, "expect 20-25 wait time for food, we are busy". There was an obvious escape door just by our table - we took it and had a lovely brunch somewhere else. Do better Cafe Nicole!

   Three was only 1 server working on a busy Saturday night! She deserved triple pay and did her best, remaining courteous and as helpful as possible. But pretty impossible. This was our 2nd visit and we were so disappointed after a good experience in the Fall!

   We made a 5pm reservation for 4 people before a show. We were told upon arrival by the server to have patience as all of the tables arrived at the same time (there were two tables seated: one with 2 people and one with 10). The one server finally came back to take our order around 15 minutes after sitting down. We ordered a round of drinks as well as our food so we could hurry things along: 1 apps for the table and everyone ordered an entree. The app we wanted wasn’t available so we ordered another one. We finally got our drinks around 45 minutes after sitting down. The 2 beers were warm and the 2 diet cokes takes like soda water. Our server apologized for the delay stating she was the only one working. Our entrees finally came out and the server said our app would folllow soon. we asked to cancel as it was meant to be a starter. The server apologized again stating there was only 1 man working in the Kitchen and it was only her third day working. Overall, just a mediocre experience. It’s not the staff’s fault they are understaff. The drinks need work.

   Great to find a turkey dinner on Christmas Eve! I was amused to see I was only one of a few Lol! Very good quality meal.

   Fantastic breakfast. The folks running the restaurant are lovely and incredibly hospitable. The food was great. We loved the smoothie shots (especially the green ones).

    Went here for a brunch during holiday. I initially booked via OpenTable but we didn’t arrive on time. Nonetheless, staff are welcoming and accommodating. We were seated in less than 5 minutes, our server was so kind to show us the food they have prepared. The unlimited breakfast buffet has a lot of options. Eggs were a bit soggy but maybe it’s different from my taste— still a good one! The smoothie shots are a must try! Paid parking in front, clean restroom. It’s full when we got there but it’s not the kind of noisy and rowdy buffet place. Everyone is just enjoying the ambiance. Restrooms are nice and clean. Location wise: near CNE Tower (which we went to after). There were six of us and we shared $38 each including tip. All-in-all: 10/10. Will definitely be back.
