It was the desire to share our Sicilian heritage and Sicilian cuisine that prompted the family to buy an older neighborhood diner and create a new, warm, comfortable family ristoranté in Little Italy, “Café Gia Ristoranté.” We have strived very hard to recreate a Sicilian bistro, a place where one feels like they are in Sicily while dining. The food and drinks were quite tasty. Service was excellent. The atmosphere and décor definitely exuded Italy. Quite pleased with our selection of restaurants in Little Italy.

We enjoyed eating at Cafe Gia Restaurante. The pasta and chicken dishes were good. There was a glitch and the order for my eggplant parm didn’t get processed so I received my dinner later than my husband and son. I was disappointed about that. Also, the Caesar salad could have been bigger. It was mostly two long romaine leaves covered with two hard slices of round bread. Servers were pleasant and atmosphere was good.

Would definitely go back. It was a slower evening which was great for us who wanted to savour our time tonight.

Our server Abdel was awesome. The food was so good and did not take a long time. I loved the grilled caesar and the gnocchi was really yummy. Tiramisu was also excellent. Highly recommend

There are always delicious and creative options to choose. Love the polenta and ossobuco. Don't miss the chocolate creme brulee.

We had a delicious meal in this quaint and cozy authentic Italian restaurant. Gia the matriarch was lovely as was the rest of her family. Our meals were awesome and fresh!

Really outstanding. One of the best Italian restaurants I have had the pleasure to enjoy. The burrata antipasto was unique and amazing. Gia’s take on manicotti was the best. The casoncelli was otherworldly. Great friendly service.
