    The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The desserts were hit or miss but those that were a hit were delicious. However, our waiter was snippy and argued with us. He removed wine glasses before they were empty, and was generally grouchy and unkind. He kind of ruined what would have been a great meal.

    We went for breakfast. Food and service was ok. Typical breakfast items. Price was your standard overpriced big city fare. Location was near the White House and other tourist spots.

    The place was ok, the food was nothing special but eatable. The obvious advantage of the place is its location. The waiter was rather rude demanding higher tips even though the service was mediocre.

    We had both lunch and breakfast at Café Du Parc and both experiences were amazing. From the food to the service even access through the hotel and the street was just perfect.

    Overall great experience. Food and service were great. Unfortunate there were patrons visiting that didn’t know the volume of their own voice, but that is not something the restaurant can control. I will visit again!

    I scheduled dinner with a client at Cafe Du Parc - very convenient (2 minute walk from the Mariott). From the time we entered, everyone was very attentive and we were seated promptly in a lovely booth that was not close to the kitchen. The food was lovely, our service was outstanding ... and the cadence of apps, food and dessert delivery was perfect. The only thing I would say is that it did get a little more noisy as the evening wore on ... but to be expected in such an open air environment. I would also add at the end of the evening, I lost my valet ticket and the greeters at the front went the extra mile to help me rectify the situation. Great experience - and I would definitely dine at Cafe Du Parc again!
