We had a birthday dinner at Cafe Boulud, and it was very good. Everything, from food to service & ambiance was wonderful. There was live music at the bar downstairs that we could hear, & that created a nice ambience, great to have a conversation and enjoy your dinner. Mains are a bit on a pricey side, but the quality and presentation of each meal is excellent.

I usually love going to four seasons for brunch, I’d call in personally but I tried open table this time to save time, however, I couldn’t book a table I liked, or be seated where I’d prefer. We were met with :tables are booked and couldn’t be accommodated to a window or quieter place. Then was seated by the counter where spoons and cutlery were kept and was so noisy! this time was bad, we had been served glasses that were stinky, dishwashed but not with soap, funky slimy smells, secondly food took about 20-30 mins, for poached eggs.. so give or take. Highlight, I saw James Cameron and Arnold .

This experience was above and beyond expectations. From the service by all staff, to the food, presentation and ambiance, everything was amazing. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The evening was very nice and tasty. The new menus is light and interesting. Service was initially slow, Open Table price was not the same as posted at the restaurant (honoured Open Table price) food was good. Quality experience at a hotel, lacks WOW factor of internationally acclaimed restaurants/tasting menu experiences.
