Fondé en 1989, le Cafe Avanti appartient à une classe à part. Vous y dégusterez une cuisine gastronomique italienne traditionnelle dans une atmosphère détendue. Possédé et géré par une famille, le restaurant est un second chez soi pour les habitants de Miami Beach. Le personnel, accueillant et hospitalier, ne manquera pas de vous mettre à l'aise comme si vous étiez un habitué, même si vous en êtes à votre toute première visite. Le chef Constantino Cadavid préside aux destinées du Cafe Avanti depuis plus de 21 ans. Sa solide réputation est sans rivale. Des boulettes de viande de veau au tartare de thon, à l'osso buco et aux fruits de mer, tous les plats préparés sont absolument délicieux. Les desserts sont faits maison et la ricotta (gâteau au fromage) est le meilleur auquel vous pourrez goûter. Vous pourrez facilement vous garer et les parcmètres ne fonctionnent plus dès 18h00. Always a delight to eat at Café Avanti. From the freshest fish (especially the Branzino) to the scrumptious lamb and veal, to the homemade pasta, Café Avanti never disappoints. Kuddos to our favorite waiter Jesus.

The fish was out of this world fantastic!!! And so was the service. My friend and I both had the branzino fish special. It was cooked to perfection with a touch of olive oil. garlic and lemon. It was fresh and clean, just what we wanted. One of us had french string beans that was the right slight snap; my friend had angel hair pasta with not too much and not too little roasted garlic and oil that was so tasty. The total meal was outstanding as well as the service. I love this restaurant because no matter what you order, it's consistently top notch.

The menu is just right with a variety of favorites all made and served with perfection. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Occasionally the kitchen makes Osso Bucco that’s worth getting if they have it.

As usual, the food was delicious. With light pouring in and low light inside the restaurant, it made visibility a little difficult. I recommend either taking the shades down to block some of the light and raising the interior lights so it is easier to see… Once it got dark outside, the glare went away.overall I think it’s an amazing experience

Consistency and quality in food and services. We had Lasagne, Fried Calamari, Shrimp with Pepperdelle sun dried tomato and Ricotta Cheesecake. Tuscan Red to wash it all down.
