I went to ByMark with a friend to celebrate my birthday. Here’s what we ordered and our thoughts on each dish. BAR MENU ($14) LOADED TATER TOTS - crema, aged white cheddar, fried nduja, scallions REVIEW: Great blend of textures and flavors, with the nduja sausage adding a nice spicy kick. ($24) FRIED CHICKEN DRUMETTES - house hot sauce, blue cheese aioli REVIEW: When it first arrived, my piece was cold while my friends was warm, so we sent it back. The second batch came out hot, fresh, and delicious! The house hot sauce is so good you could practically drink it, haha. For those who aren't fans of blue cheese, don't worry—it’s just a small dollop and not too strong. DINNER MENU ($38) BURRATA & SPINACH RAVIOLI - braised lamb ragu, pecorino REVIEW: My friend tried this dish and mentioned that it was packed with flavor and had an excellent pasta texture. They could really taste the natural ingredients, and it wasn't overly salty like most pasta dishes at restaurants. ($40) CLASSIC 6OZ BYMARK BURGER - brie du meaux, shaved truffle, porcini duxelles with TRUFFLE FRITES - parmesan, truffle REVIEW: This burger is the reason I chose ByMark to celebrate my birthday. It was cooked to a perfect medium, just as I requested, and was incredibly juicy. I upgraded the fries to truffle, and the combination is a match made in heaven. The burger paired with the truffle fries is absolutely addictive. All the food was excellent—worthy of 4 stars—but the burger and truffle fries were definitely 5-star standouts!

Wanted to share nice dinner date with the gf, we have been to Bymark before. The food was great, the service was a tad slow and unfortunately the value wasn’t quite there. $58 for a glass of champagne that seemed like it was opened the day before as it was pretty flat. Appetizer and Entreé each and we shared some ice cream with berries for dessert. After tip and tax, total was $450. For that price, I expect a bit more tbh

Everything was excellent. Highly recommend. Only drawback was the cost for a can of gingerale was $6.50.
