Le Byblos propose une cuisine de l'est de la Méditerranée fortement influencée par les produits régionaux, préparée en utilisant des techniques classiques éprouvées, associées avec des procédés modernes. Le chef cuisinier Stuart Cameron (Weslodge et Patria), a élaboré des plats mettant en valeur les épices emblématiques de la région et les saveurs des côtes de l'est de la Méditerranée. Sa carte est une véritable mosaïque culturelle, proposée dans une ambiance familiale et conviviale. Récemment inauguré, le salon du Byblos est le nouveau rendez-vous des noctambules où vous pourrez poursuivre l'expérience culinaire débutée au Byblos Miami dans un cadre confortable, intime et élégant. Le salon, qui dispose d'une superficie de 213 m², est animé toutes les semaines par le DJ résident, vous pourrez profiter d'une ambiance unique en dégustant des cocktails ou la bouteille de votre préférence. Our server Jaque was very attentive to our table and provided some great recommendations. We ordered the dumplings for appetizers, shrimp rice, lamp shoulder and chocolate mouse which were all delicious!

Great meal and drinks but the server didn’t have adequate menu knowledge, putting our friend who has a gluten allergy at risk. Also, not having a free option for water is diabolical.

We didn’t have the best server. He was very pushy on us to order 3-4 items each. He just really seemed in a bad mood which made our experience not great overall. Food was excellent!

Every dish was delicious. Service was attentive and it’s obvious that a lot of thought went into the ambience. Love the use of lighting! Turkish dumplings were a stand out for sure.

Food was very good. Prices were average by Miami Beach standards. Service from a restaurant not from a personal standpoint was not good. They charge you flat fee for any water which is unusual as they said there is no tap water option. We ordered some appetizers like hummus among others and when we asked for bread to eat it with, we were told it there was no bread to come with it. Noise was moderate and restaurant set up was nice.

This was a highlight of our visit to Miami. Incredible, fresh food. Everything was a hit. Branzino was a shared main -- gorgeous and perfectly sized. Little Gem salad had spice on it that made is incredibly unique (Sumac,maybe?). Loved the rice dish which had great differing textures and the octopus. We had a hiccup with one item not coming out and having to ask about it 3x plus a waitress who struggled to answer what were basic questions about the make up of dishes. But, the outdoor area was perfect for a less noisy but still energetic dinner. We will be back.

We had a great meal, with excellent service from Igor. Definatley recomend the Spanish Octopus and the Eggplant Kibbeh. For our main, 2 shared the short rib kabob with shrimp rice. Everythimg was delicious and nicely presented.
