Le Byblos propose une cuisine de l'est de la Méditerranée fortement influencée par les produits régionaux, préparée en utilisant des techniques classiques éprouvées, associées avec des procédés modernes. Le chef cuisinier Stuart Cameron (Weslodge et Patria), a élaboré des plats mettant en valeur les épices emblématiques de la région et les saveurs des côtes de l'est de la Méditerranée. Sa carte est une véritable mosaïque culturelle, proposée dans une ambiance familiale et conviviale. Récemment inauguré, le salon du Byblos est le nouveau rendez-vous des noctambules où vous pourrez poursuivre l'expérience culinaire débutée au Byblos Miami dans un cadre confortable, intime et élégant. Le salon, qui dispose d'une superficie de 213 m², est animé toutes les semaines par le DJ résident, vous pourrez profiter d'une ambiance unique en dégustant des cocktails ou la bouteille de votre préférence. Amazing food. Not great for the vegan in our group but we should’ve known that. Ambience was phenomenal.

The food and cocktails were pretty good, I really enjoyed the Octopus. I do however have an issue with how I was up charged for my drinks. I ordered a simple whiskey coke and instructed the waiter to use the cheapest whiskey, then when receiving the bill I see that I was up charged for the whiskey and the drinks came out %20 more expensive than the cocktails. This really frustrated me and I feel I was taken advantage of.

The food is never disappointing. The mixture of flavors always surprises us. They have a great chef and wonderful wait staff

We ordered the tasting menu for two. Dish after dish was delicious. There was so much food we couldn’t finish. The service was excellent. Oh and the desserts, sublime.

A place for the experience. If you want a romantic, special experience, then this is the place. It is outstanding with its atmosphere, vibe, and the setting. The service will never leave you frustrated. The food is ok, smallish portions, not outstanding. But respectable. There is a great variety of wines. Overall, we did not leave with any complaints. It is a memorable experience and will go back for extra-special occasions.

We love Byblos. We always make reservations when we come to South Beach. Our server Arturo was fantastic. He was so helpful with our choices and making sure we were taken care of. We would highly recommend Byblos if you are visiting South Beach.

A nice find right beside our hotel. Even saw some hotel staff there! Not a menu choice our group had discussed but turned out very well. I love when you have to read the menu and ask questions. Lots of interesting dishes. Well worth eating here!
