Le Byblos propose une cuisine de l'est de la Méditerranée fortement influencée par les produits régionaux, préparée en utilisant des techniques classiques éprouvées, associées avec des procédés modernes. Le chef cuisinier Stuart Cameron (Weslodge et Patria), a élaboré des plats mettant en valeur les épices emblématiques de la région et les saveurs des côtes de l'est de la Méditerranée. Sa carte est une véritable mosaïque culturelle, proposée dans une ambiance familiale et conviviale. Récemment inauguré, le salon du Byblos est le nouveau rendez-vous des noctambules où vous pourrez poursuivre l'expérience culinaire débutée au Byblos Miami dans un cadre confortable, intime et élégant. Le salon, qui dispose d'une superficie de 213 m², est animé toutes les semaines par le DJ résident, vous pourrez profiter d'une ambiance unique en dégustant des cocktails ou la bouteille de votre préférence. Went for Miami Spice. Byblos has one of the best Miami Spice deals - a $45 dinner with numerous menu choices but they don’t give you that menu unless you specifically ask for it (or maybe they just didn’t give it to us initially). Also, they changed the menu in September but did not update it on the website. In any case, it was still good. After being seated, no one came by for several minutes to give us water (and then the Spice menu), but after that, service improved. You get 2 appetizers - we had the lamb rib which was very flavorful and had a lot of meat on it, the hummus which is always good, the gem salad which was large and had excellent dressing with greens and chickpeas, and what was called beet salad - tasty but only 1 small beet with a lot of yogurt. For entrees we had shorten and bronzino - both cooked nicely. The desserts were the weakest part - a baklava which was more a crusted sorbet than a pastry and what was labeled a strawberry cheesecake - the strawberries were on the side and it was more of a blintz or pastry than a cake - several small pieces. Overall the food and choices were excellent. After a slow start, the service was fine. However, they were a bit too eager to take away the dishes and clean the table, doing so before the second person was finished with that course. Assuming these issues are resolved, it is an excellent dining experience, especially for Miami Spice.

The food was extremely tasty. The meat was actually a bit disappointing and the drinks even though they were good, it felt like it had no alcohol.

When we are in Miami we always go to Byblos. The food is fabulous the service over the top. Simona was our server and she guided us on our selections and made wonderful suggestions. All the food was delicious but the Octopus , Truffle Pide , and the Baklava Chessecake were show stoppers.

Fabulous service and food slightly spoilt by loud music…like so many restaurants in Miami a DJ has been hired to ruin my dining experience…next time I will sit outside, weather permitting!!
