Superbe moment passé ce vendredi 14 dans ce restaurant avec 2 coupes de champagne offertes et des canapés somptueux en dessert merci encore

Fantastic venue for a nice and quiet evening. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly. Will definitely going back at Chesterfield.

Sadly, for us, we felt less than important. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone approached us, and that was after I flagged someone down. We asked “Robert” if we might order a glass of wine. At that point only three tables were taken. The couples at the other two tables were ordering bottles of wine so Robert and another gentleman hovered over them very attentively. Not us, however. We did get served but the lack of attention spoiled the meal for us. This was my 4th stay at this hotel and the service is not what it used to be. Issues at breakfast and in the cocktail lounge too. Disappointing for us.

A very disappointing experience. Cold food served on cold plates. Expected much better considering the prices charged. The wines were all good and the young lady who looked after us was really nice and very apologetic about the embarrassing situation the kitchen had put her in Probably made worse that we were the only paying customers for lunch!!. Wont be returning in a hurry which is a shame as we love to eat out at "British Food Restaurants"

We had a booking but once we got there they told us that breakfast was over at 10am (even if I had a booking for 10.45am). We had to leave and look for another place.
