At $25, this dish includes succulent Wagyu short rib, braised in a rich marinade and served with handmade anise-and-piloncillo arepitas, spicy pico de gallo, and a garnish of cotija cheese and micro cilantro, capturing the vibrant spirit of Latin American cooking. Her life as chef, entrepreneur, cookbook author, media personality, cookware designer and restaurateur has been a celebration of the cooking and passion for food that she grew up with in her native Caracas, Venezuela with the international flavor and culinary techniques she amassed as a young chef working in some of the world’s finest restaurants.
