Bud & Marilyn's is a retro American restaurant from Chef Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran. The menu features updated American comfort food utilizing fresh and local ingredients. Our bar features local craft beers, handmade American classic cocktails and an affordable wine list. Our focus is simple - good old American cooking, great drinks and warm hospitality.

Bud & Marilyn's is located in the heart of center city at the corner of 13th & Locust Street in the bustling Midtown Village neighborhood.

We currently offer indoor (STANDARD) and outdoor seating for parties up to 4 guests maximum.

Happy Hour is only available at our bar and outdoor seating.

I had the pork chop dinner. It was delicious. The purple cabbage, as the side vegetable was not cooked enough. A steak knife would not cut through it. Service fantastic.

Went for brunch pre Eagles game, food was delicious. The coffee cake pancakes were amazing, as well as the truck stop breakfast. The Bloody Mary had a lot of flavor, though the service was lacking

The vibe was fantastic as always—great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a lively setting that made the experience enjoyable. However, the food wasn’t as good this time compared to how it usually is, which was a bit disappointing. If you’re going for the ambiance, it’s a win, but the food didn’t quite meet expectations this visit.

Crafted drinks are excellent! The meatloaf is the best I have ever tasted. The fig dessert was super good. Service was spot on. Table of 4 guys next to us were super loud and obnoxious but what can you do? Can’t wait to come back!

Visited during restaurant week and had the best Waldorf salad I’ve ever tasted. My husband loved his Nashville chicken and my orange sorbet was a lovely finisher. The decor in this establishment is fantastic - 1930’s meets MCM meets the Sopranos. Got busy and the volume inside was pretty full-on. We had got chatting to a patron at the table beside us and mostly exchanged ideas through photos on our phone because we couldn’t hear one another! But you can’t do much about your fellow diners. Highly recommend this restaurant
