Bud & Marilyn's is a retro American restaurant from Chef Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran. The menu features updated American comfort food utilizing fresh and local ingredients. Our bar features local craft beers, handmade American classic cocktails and an affordable wine list. Our focus is simple - good old American cooking, great drinks and warm hospitality.

Bud & Marilyn's is located in the heart of center city at the corner of 13th & Locust Street in the bustling Midtown Village neighborhood.

We currently offer indoor (STANDARD) and outdoor seating for parties up to 4 guests maximum.

Happy Hour is only available at our bar and outdoor seating.

We were seated promptly and greeted by our server, who was attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. We had the meatloaf and seared brick chicken which we would highly recommend. Bud & Marilyn’s is our newest find and we are looking forward to dining there again.

Fried chicken was very bad. Hardly any actual chicken and incredibly dry and plain.

We came for the fried cheese curds but stayed for the pre fixe brunch with drink included for $35. The menu has been spruced up for the better and the ambience is still the same, which is to say comfortably quirky.

My friend and I took the high-speed line to see a show at the Academy of Music. We got off at 15th & Locust and walked just a couple of blocks to Bud & Marilyn's. We had a reservaton for brunch and were seated right away. This restaurant has a fun, energetic, colorful vibe with all ages enjoying themselves. We split the brioche french toast (the mascarpone cheese was amazing!) and the summer frittata. Both were delicious. I will definitely return to this gem!

We went for a special fig-themed brunch. Everything was absolutely delicious! It was probably the best french toast I've ever had. We'll definitely be back!

We booked a reservation as soon as we saw the Hawaiian Luau Dinner. Everything was amazing and came out very fast. My fiancé is a simple eater and he loved everything. All the dishes had a great sauce or veggie component that paired so well with it. My favorite was the Tuna Poke and butter mochi dessert. I have never had anything like that. It was a quiet Monday night a well. I can't wait to eat the leftovers!

Beaucoup trop bruyant. Plats sans aucun légume Viande passable sans plus ( nous avons pris du poulet tous les 4). Nous n’avons pas tenté le dessert car trop déçus!

Good food, nice atmosphere. Our server was not very attentive and we had to wait longer than we should have for initial contact and later for bill.
