Bud & Marilyn's is a retro American restaurant from Chef Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran. The menu features updated American comfort food utilizing fresh and local ingredients. Our bar features local craft beers, handmade American classic cocktails and an affordable wine list. Our focus is simple - good old American cooking, great drinks and warm hospitality.

Bud & Marilyn's is located in the heart of center city at the corner of 13th & Locust Street in the bustling Midtown Village neighborhood.

We currently offer indoor (STANDARD) and outdoor seating for parties up to 4 guests maximum.

Happy Hour is only available at our bar and outdoor seating.

A unique but warm lively space with great attention to every detail. Hostess seated us at our favorite window seat, and our server appeared immediately to take our drink order. We ordered the macaroni and wedge salad as starters and were blown away by the little extra goodies in each plate. We enjoyed the fried chicken & biscuits and the salmon dish. Loved the fried chicken! We will keep coming back until we've enjoyed every item on the menu. Thanks.

Great place for brunch. Wonderful service. Quick food service but nice and relaxing. Fun atmosphere.

Food was above average, pricey but what isn’t these days. Service was lack luster and the tables are so cramped together it’s basically a community dinning experience, had to hear everyone’s conversation all night.

Was fine. Beans in pork dish were sadly undercooked and as former service people we just moved on and ate the rest. The buns were good as always.

Loved this place. Cool ambience, delicious food, stellar service. The shareable pierogies (3) were perfect, I hope they keep them on the menu. I loved the salmon and my eating companions enjoyed Marilyn's fried chicken and the meatloaf.

Always a great meal and excellent service - the cheese curds are amazing and their small plates are tasty - try the meatloaf too !

We were disappointed with our dining experience. We ordered drinks to start and then after a while the server came back to take our order. I asked about our drinks and was told they are short staffed. I then asked to see the manager who advised us that it is Thanksgiving week so that’s causing them staffing issues. I asked if we were going to pay less for our meal because of a lack of service and of course the answer was “no.” He comped us an appetizer. I am so tired of hearing about a restaurant being short staffed and delivering poor service while I am expected to pay full price of my hard earned money for bad service. Seriously? It’s food people. I can eat at home. I dine out for the service and then food. COVID pandemic is over let’s get back to providing customers with quality service they are paying for. Our check was over $100. I can get better service at a fast food restaurant for under $30. Food quality won’t be the same but my huger will be satisfied.
