RJ, Jerrod et Molly, en collaboration avec le chef Doug Psaltis, ont créé leur propre destination de choix, là où les amateurs de musique country peuvent profiter d'un cocktail, prendre une bouchée et avoir du plaisir. Le chef Psaltis a créé le nouveau menu du Bub City en mettant l'accent sur l'authentique cuisine au barbecue. We spent $500 on a Pappy Vanwinkle bourbon tasting experience and it was awful. While the Bub City food was excellent, as always, the bourbon "expert" was completely unprepared. She didn't know her products, could not be heard over the music or crowd and was completely unavailable as a bourbon expert. She didn't interact with attendees, but sat to the side drinking margaritas and eating with her boyfriend. Total waste of money.

Saturday brunch with the family was a great and delicious experience. The brisket is on point and the kiddo loved the chicken tenders. Music is always great as is service. Will definitely return.

The fries were loaded with barbecue sauce couldn’t even eat them. They were awful. Tater tots were good. Wings were good. Just not my cup of tea.
