From corporate dinners and bachelorette parties to VIP experiences in one of the private rooms that overlook the Joe’s stage, the space offers a wide variety of entertainment for groups. In addition to in-restaurant event capabilities, Bub City also provides off-site catering and rents out “The Rig,” a mobile barbecue trailer that brings the barbecue experience right to guests’ doors.

It was a Thursday night so lots of folks in the park for the concert series which may have been a factor to the very slow service. Otherwise decent place

Venue is very nice. The food is good but a limited menu just the core barbecue items. Excellent bourbon selection.

We were early for our reservation, but we were seated to order drinks to wait for our guests. Waitress checked on us several times. Guests came , ordered drinks and food. Beautiful night sitting by the open patio. The place became busy, a little noisy but we were not rushed and we were able to converse fine.

Don't GO! We went there for my mothers birthday as she loves BBQ. It was $300+ for 4 of us and I was shocked on how horrible the food was served to us. It was COLD! Not even lukewarm. We ordered 2 full slabs of ribs, 2 brisket platters, brussel sprouts, beans, and mac&cheese. The only thing hot was mac&cheese. We asked to send everything back and surprised the manager nor server didn't even apologize or try and make right on it. I'd stay clear of this place if you are a local. They cater to travelers and corporate parties so failed service and quality doesn't seem to bother them because another group will come. It was sad because none of us will revisit nor give the downtown location a try. You don't serve BBQ cold!!! Visit elsewhere.....

The chicken nachos were cold. The drinks and main courses were very good (ribs and burnt brisket ends) Even though the restaurant was not more than 60-70% full when we sat down and when we left, we felt rushed. Drinks, appetizers and main courses were completed in 45 minutes. For a bill of $130 with tax feeling welcome to stay a bit longer and relax would have made it a better experience.
