Took a while to get our food, but it was also during the dinner rush, with a concert next door, so not unexpected. Food was very good, but felt over priced. Server was very attentive, drinks came promptly.

Fun atmosphere, okay food, poor value. We had friends in from out of town and chose Bub City because the Rosemont entertainment district is a fun place. We were seated promptly, and the server was attentive to take our drink order. My husband ordered a burger with no bun, the 2 patties and a piece of cheese was the only thing on the big white plate when it was served... no lettuce, tomato, onion (cost $18.95). Also, when deciding on the side, the server offered a side salad as an option, but there was no mention that this was an upcharge ($3.95). These 2 things along with the tiny print on the bottom of the menu stating there is a 3% surcharge for inflation made me very disappointed in the value I was getting at Bub City.

A lot of money for almost no food. Brisket platter was scare and was not reflective of a 25+ meal. Wings were so tiny…smallest I have ever seen. Salad was a nice size. I’d go for drinks and music-definitely not for the food. Surprised for a Lettuce restaurant…not what we’ve come to expect. This place needs to do better!

Great barbecue. The pork ribs were excellent and half a rack was enough for a person. The guacamole and pimento cheese app was also tasty. They do play live music on Friday evening for ambience.

The food was very good. I had the brisket plate, very good. BBQ sauce was good. All in all a good time for all of us.

Love the idea of the brisket nachos. They did not deliver on the overall coverage of cheese and brisket. Taste was great and the drink were wonderful. I love the atmosphere. Nice Texas vibe.
