Bienvenue au premier et seul bar à vin de Salt Lake City, le BTG Wine Bar! Situé au cœur du centre-ville de Salt Lake City, BTG (By The Glass) offre plus de 75 vins servis en format de 2 onces, 5 onces, en bouteilles ou en échantillons de dégustation. Des spiritueux artisanaux haut de gamme sont employés pour créer les cocktails. Des bières locales et internationales sont également disponibles. Un menu de hors-d'oeuvre et le menu complet du Caffe Molise procurent des accompagnements pour vos libations. L'ambiance chic et décontractée se prête à une rencontre intime ou à une grande réunion. We were visiting the area and wanted to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary along with our niece’s 28th birthday. She had been here before, so recommended this location. The food and wine was very good! Mollie was attentive to our needs, making good recommendations for entrees. Louie came to our table to share wine options and helped us choose a very nice bottle. They brought us a complimentary dessert for the birthday and 4 glasses of Madiera Wine for our anniversary. It was a wonderful experience!

The food was good, nothing to rave about. Very little options for cocktails and they were just okay. I switched to wine and there was no way I got 5 oz. Service was good but slower than I'd hoped. Overall, it was just an okay experience. There's plenty of other options in the area that they are competing with that are outstanding.

My husband and I went for a post Christmas celebration with a few friends. This is one of our favorite spots and it did not disappoint. We all had different flights and tried a few apps and entrees. Definitely recommend the Pollo a la Gratella. And they have a great Vinho Verde that I get every time. The sun kissed flight is lovely.

We had not been to BTG in a long time...I forgot how gorgeous the place is, not to mention the Bubbles wine flight I had was excellent as well. We had the eggplant meatballs for an appetizer, hubs had ravioli funghi and I had an amazing ravioli with butternut squash and some tasty garlic chips on it. All of it was delish!! We will be headed back sooner than later this time!
