Le Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse a ouvert ses portes en 1986 avec de grandes ambitions : apporter "l'expérience du steakhouse" du plus haut niveau de New York City à Long Island. Non seulement, le restaurant vous servira une sélection unique de steaks âgés de très belle qualité, mais vous accueillera dans une ambiance spéciale de club privé. Une réservation est nécessaire pour les adhérents. Fondé par les trois frères Poll et une expérience de 2ème générations de propriétaires, Gillis, Dean et George ont appris très tôt que le secret d'un grand restaurant était de servir le meilleur. C'est la raison pour laquelle les steaks, les côtelettes et les homards jumbo sont sélectionnés quotidiennement, et seuls les plats les plus frais arrivent à votre table au Bryant & Cooper. Unbelievable. I live, breathe, and die by Bryant and Cooper. One of the best steakhouses I have been to in my entire life. Best on the east coast. No competition among others in the same category. Cajun Ribeye is like medicine. Every appetizer is stellar and impeccable. I couldnt say nicer things about Bryant and Cooper. Ive been coming my entire life and will plan to bring everyone here including my family. Thanks for being the best.

I love this place. Christmas Eve was very busy & we had a late seating at 8:30pm. The bar area was lively and crowded as many were waiting to be seated. We were about a half hour early. As the bar area started to thin out, we saw there was a lounge hi-top table open. We asked if it was spoken for.. And luckily we were able to enjoy an intimate dinner earlier than anticipated. Our oyster were delightful, well-shucked & tasty mignionette. Salads were crisp, the waiter asked if I preferred to have my wedge chopped. The ribeye & our prime rib came exactly as ordered. Both melted like butter. The home fries were delicious, however they were super crunchy & I had to be careful with my teeth. The waiter also took the liberty of brining us a 1/2 order of fried onions as it was more than enough. Service was on point & the meal was well-paced. Our seating was comfy & people watching is always fun. The staff was attentive & gracious. My only complaint is small, personal preference. Although the rice pudding was delicious, there are way too many raisins in it. We took our leftovers home & are making plans to visit with friends again real soon.

Great experience as always and B and C! Their Cajun flavor to the steaks is delicious! Service is top notch too. Great for special occasions.

Top restaurant in all categories. Charming and delicious. Poll Brothers are best in the business. Overall best in class.

The food was delicious. The service was fair as it was difficult to understand the server due to hisstrong accent although I really tried.
