Le Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse a ouvert ses portes en 1986 avec de grandes ambitions : apporter "l'expérience du steakhouse" du plus haut niveau de New York City à Long Island. Non seulement, le restaurant vous servira une sélection unique de steaks âgés de très belle qualité, mais vous accueillera dans une ambiance spéciale de club privé. Une réservation est nécessaire pour les adhérents. Fondé par les trois frères Poll et une expérience de 2ème générations de propriétaires, Gillis, Dean et George ont appris très tôt que le secret d'un grand restaurant était de servir le meilleur. C'est la raison pour laquelle les steaks, les côtelettes et les homards jumbo sont sélectionnés quotidiennement, et seuls les plats les plus frais arrivent à votre table au Bryant & Cooper. Le Bryant & Cooper a reçu tout au long de ces années des éloges pour l'ensemble de son menu. Le journal The New York Times l'a proclamé le "meilleur steakhouse de Long Island."

Sitting at the bar and being able to watch the US Open Tennis and engage in meaningful conversation with a perfect stranger sitting next to you is wonderful by today’s standard!! The food, drinks and service were great by the bartenders also!!

As usual...nothing but the best experience...table was ready as soon as we got to the restaurant, but we decided to eat at the bar....service was terrific...wine was outstanding...food was absolutely delicious...we hade the Bryant and cooper salad...hash browns...brussel sprouts and the prime siloin ( sliced) ...

The shrimp cocktail eas great fresh, cold, 4 huge shrimp. The steak was full of veins. It was somewhat hard to cut and chew. But we have to say it was prepared just as we asked, rare, and tasted really good. The hash browns stole the show. Crispy to perfection, and the creamed spinach was great. Very good service. We couldn't hear each other speak because we were surrounded by 3 super loud tables. That was annoying. Not the restaurants fault. It is a NY style steakhouse.

Very focused menu provides for an excellent and well prepared meal. Services is professional level - great environment for either large or small parties - wholeheartedly recommend Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse.
