Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

All in all was a fine experience for our group of 8. We were seated in the back of the restaurant near a group of 24 men. There isn’t any noise dampening features in the back, this coupled with concrete walls created sometimes uncomfortable levels. Food was good, service very good, value good. Would recommend but insist on front of the house seating.

Everything was amazing. Our server Jamie was great took the time to explain the buffet and how the meat is served. Our glasses were never empty. The servers with the meat were friendly and when I asked for a piece of meat that was cooked well they were able to accommodate. We are looking forward to going back again.

Had a good time, our server is amazing. Just most of the guy pass us and unable to get the steak we want :( I guess we are put inside the non-active area. But it was alright.

Stuck in a corner for the first time there I felt very neglected forgotten my waitress tried her best to make my experience better But ,,, We never saw the music or the dancers had no idea what was going on The food was not what we expected we were referred to you But again we weren’t thrilled Thank you kindly and maybe just maybe we might try you again

Limited halal menu but the waiters are very mindful of our halal preferences and limitations. The live music was fun but loud for my taste. The appetizer buffet was extensive. Food was very good quality and all-you-can eat. Definitely something worth experiencing when in the Niagra Falls area.

This was our first time to Brasa. We have been to other Brazilian Steak houses like Texas de Brazil and Rioz. I expected Brasa to be just as good and they did not disappoint. The salad bar is a little awkward to navigate and should be addressed. Aside from that, our experience was excellent. Everything I expected and more. The food was excellent, service was very good. Excellent value for the price and the entertainment adds that little extra something. I love live music during dinner and the dancers add a nice touch to the experience.

Fun place to eat dinner in a pretty relaxed environment. The food is always good, and the service is decent. One warning - they advertise a $10 off (per person) if you make your reservation early, but every time I've done this the discount has not been on the bill - ask, and they honour it, but it's not a default. So keep your eye on it...

Great experience overall. Wished we were seated in front of the music performers. Otherwise good food, never waited long, great service with Eddie!!

Dining area was very dark waiters took too long to remove plates in between dinner for fresh plates. Salad bar was great and lots of variation.

Our server David was awesome very attentive The food was as always amazing some of the meat was too salty for our taste. But otherwise was very good .
