Experience the Gaucho way at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

    Always an awesome experience going to Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. It's also nice that the waiter recognize me from previous dining reservation

    What a wonderful dinner! It was my first time ever at a brazilian steakhouse and I was so pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing, so much good steak and good food! I LOVED the pineapple and the parmesan steak! Everything was so juicy and well worth the price! We went on Saturday and there was a live band and live dancers! Our server Eddie was amazing! Very attentive and very friendly! All the servers and staff were super friendly as well! There was free parking as well which was a big plus! Would definitely come back again!

    The buffet part was really good. The meats were good but a lot of the meat had a lot of fat in or on them. It was difficult to chew and I spit some out. I had a discard plate for all the stuff I could not eat. The pineapple was amazing! My husband has a bad seafood allergy and there was some cross contamination is some of the dishes. I am very glad he did not need his epipen. I would go again but not have some of the meats and avoid the seafood section altogether.

    Dalton was a fantastic server, always taking care of us even though it was a busy night!, the food was fantastic and the live music was great!. Thank you to all the staff at brasa!.

    It wasn’t a good experience overall the service was bad I was put in a room in the far back away from everything no one was coming around with food and my waiter was barely there just not a good night there

    Took nearly two hours and multiple requests from our waiter to get the prime rib offered to us despite our cards flipped to green the entire time. Never had that happen before. Otherwise, a fantastic meal and we will continue to dine here.

    Went on an extremely busy day, which may have affected the quality of service and food. Nice experience friendly wait staff great entertainment. If you get placed in a corner area expect to wait and not receive all cuts of meat waited over an hour for 2 cuts of meat after asking about them. They did offer a slight discount which was nice but overall that was my only gripe.

    Asked for rib eye and another meat and it never came until we were full and done eating. Seems like they bring the other meat that they cook more of and are trying to get rid of it. Also very very salty. Nice place, not so nice food
