Experience the Gaucho way at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

Food was great for the new year festivities, however as Brazilians we were expecting to see more traditional Brazilian food instead of the sushi it was offered.

The variety of meats was limited. My negroni didn’t taste good and it was very cold in the restaurant.

Over priced for a New Years experience. $150 per person when we weren’t even there for New Years. Our reservation was at 8:30 & we left by 10:30. I don’t eat meat & nowhere in the immediate booking when making a reservation did it say the price jump. You literally had to dig the internet for it. So disappointed as we are return customers. Maybe never again.

Had a reservation for dinner on NYE, arrived and seated immediately as per our request near the stage. The musicians were decent and provided some nice music. The service was amazing (our server Jamie did an outstanding job). The meat carvers came to the table promptly when our cards were flipped green and did not disturb when red. The food was very good from the apps, salads, mussels and of course the meats. The selection was good, always perfectly cooked and flavours spot on. The dancers were less than we are accustomed to however with it being NYE am sure not everyone was available. As for cost, the NYE experience was a little pricey at $149/ea but it did include a glass of brut sparkling. This was our 3rd time dining at Brasa and will again, most likely on a regular non special event night.

Spent the New Year’s Eve there and it was very poor. The service was ok, they put in a small dinning room so far and I mean far from the main entertainment area and buffet. We were in that room very excluded from everything, it was very disappointing, we paid the same as everyone else to be stuck in a room with no entertainment and had to WAIT so long for the meat to come around. We are very disappointing. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even drink the “complementary champagne” they gave us. We walked up to the bar to get a lemon wedge for our meat and the bartender was extremely rude and told us to leave that area because it was the “service area” didn’t even bother to ask if we needed help and I was there with my 9 year old that just wanted lemon our dish, since no one came around obviously because we were put in a room. Very disappointing very upset and very angry that this happened while we were trying to have a nice new year’s dinner experience. We will definitely not be coming back.
