Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

This is my second time at Brasa; first time it was just me and my wife and this time we brought our daughter for her 15th birthday and my brother and his wife. The food was great and the service and environment was top notch. The live band sang Happy birthday to my daughter as well as a couple others. The dancers came and took my daughter on the dance floor. It was a really fun experience. I would definitely recommend and go back. Try the Fallin Frog while you're there.

The meats were overcooked and dry and flavorless . The buffet food had tons of weird food on it and most were cold food. Waiters and waitresses were amazing. I expected more “entertainment” it was just a few girls in dressy bikini attire dancing very little.

Staff was wonderful and very attentive. Always making sure we had what we needed. I've been to other Brazilian style steak houses and this was the only one who didn't slow down on service and made sure we had everything we needed.

The main course food was not great and lacked quality for the price. I never tasted a selection of meat from a server that I wanted to get a second helping. The salad bar was fine. the worst part of the evening came when it was time to pay the bill. We had a $30 coupon from our casino package to use for our meals but we were extremely shocked to see only a $26.55 discount on our bill. Terrible impression from a restaurant located in the Hilton Hotel! Cheap or what? Our waitress tried to explain the computer billing to us but to no avail were we satisfied. She said she could get a manager to explain but I did not need one. She still brought the manager over anyway. He peered over my shoulder to attempt to rudely explain the lower than advertised coupon discount but he the answer was not creditable and ticked me off because I told the waitress I did not want to speak with a manager. Just a terrible way to end a dinner! The food was not worth the money and the night ended on a sour note.

Great food for meat lovers! Felt a bit rushed however. Spritz on the two attempts of redoing were very poor in result. Otherwise, all good.

They did nothing special for our birthday occasion, didn't even offer desert. The food was basic, rice was terrible, typical buffet food. Salad bar was ok and no pasta options. Drinks expensive. Meat was dry and overcooked. Not any meat free options or dairy free options. Staff were pleasant.

The steak choices tasted like roast beef instead of steak. Meat not that tender. Chicken was moist and tender. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. Lamb moist but overcooked. Loved the grilled pineapple. Slow service. Drinks were fantastic. Numerous side selections. Enjoyed live music. Too expensive for quality of beef.
