Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

The service was complely subpar. We waited 15 minutes to order drinks. We were sat at the end of the restaurant and meat came once every 15-20 minutes. Chicken never got to the table and when we asked for it, guy came and threw the chicken like we were dogs. Dude was lucky my family was on the table otherwise he would of heard it from me. They forced a 15% gratuity on a table of 7 knowing full well that they were gonna receive 0% as service was complete garbage. It used to be my go to resturant while at Hilton but never again.

Service was amazing, our waiter Nilton was tremendous. The moment we flipped our coaster to ready to eat, the meat came flying at us. The meat quality was spectacular, and the abduance if sides were delectable. Only issue we had was the music was far too loud, very difficult to hear my boyfriend across the table. The seats next to us were so close, if we spoke any louder to hear each other better, it would interrupt the people on either side of us.

Very nice, so much ambiance and delicious food. Don’t fill up too much at the buffet but definitely get the salmon. Save room for all the incredible meat!

Being from Ohio we used to go to the brasa in Cleveland. Wonderful Covid caused it to close. We had a nice short trip to Niagara Falls and as we turned to go to our hotel we noticed brasa and already had reservations elsewhere. Well we canceled our dinner reservation and made new ones at brasa. Thrilled with everything there I feel we made the right choice you can’t go wrong with this restaurant. If you walk out still hungry you have problems

We were visiting Niagara Falls and had a fantastic dinner at this place the Meats were delicious tender and well done the server was attentive and knowledgeable we had a great time

Mediocre Brazilian steak house. We rarely saw the meat carver and never saw chicken or pork. Pretty loud with lots of little kids … salad buffet was average.

The food was really good quality and the flavors were spot on perfectly cooked. The service was exceptional I didn't catch his name but he provided some of the best service I've ever received. My only complaint is that the skewers of meat coming around didn't seem to have much organization too it. I wasn't offered at least 5 of the menu items from the kebobs and sometimes someone would come around with something we were just offered a moment ago. Overall it was a very good experience and my fiance and I will be returning :)
