Experience the Gaucho way at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

Was greeted nicely. We had a great waiter. Very polite. A majority of the meats were great. A couple of them were a little well done for my personal liking. Overall great. Celebrated my wife's birthday there.

Tourist Trap. If you're a meat lover, you'll get better value at even The Keg or other steakhouses. The waiters with meat don't come around often and it's usually the same few types of meat that come regularly. We had to keep begging for the other types but only saw a fraction of what they promised by the time we left. Also, the tourist tax added to the bill is BS (but this is common to all in area). Will never return.

The food was great. Only issue we had was due to my husband's dietary restrictions. He doesn't eat beef or pork, and the chicken and lamb wasn't coming to our table. A few times our table was bi-passed completely. We had to ask someone at two separate occasions to bring it out. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

It can be a pretty pricey dinner is you order drinks too. Stick to just water to keep it cheaper. The food is awesome!!!!! The meat tasted sooo good but fills you up quick. Don't load up on the salad bar save room for the meat. Eat a lot of grilled pineapple to help with the digestion of the meat.

While the experience was great, our waiter proceeded in charging us more than double the bill. Beware with your bill. The manager was apologetic after but the waiter was less than, kept on giving us dirty looks after the manager offered a free desert.
