Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

Dinner was good, I never got my $10.00 off for making a reservation between 5 and 545 on a Monday and I was charged a 20 dollar local fee which I wasn’t expecting, the table beside us also got a free desert for there anniversary and we never did even though it was mentioned in the reservation and the guy at the front said happy anniversary to us as we arrived. Other than that food was pretty good. I’m used to copacabana so I wasn’t as thrilled with the side choices and didn’t find the meat as tender and good as copa, but I feal if I hadn’t been comparing it I might have had better things to say. Onhestly just wanted to try something different but atleast I know now and probably will stick with copa.

Food was superb. Never had to wait for the waiters bringing the delicious meats/pineapple. Our waitress was always coming by to make sure everything was good. The only thing that disappointed us was that we never got a complimentary dessert for my 70th birthday. Every year, my husband has taken me out for dinner and the restaurant always gave a complimentary dessert. Other than that, our meal was delicious

Used to be quality place with charm and ambiance, now noisy, hot and overcrowded. It's definitely not worth the money

We absolutely love this place! Come with a big appetite. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable. There is live dancing and food is beyond amazing.

I went there because the Rib Eye and Lamb were halal however the beef didn't have much flavor to be very honest. The service was great, the buffet was nice, and the servers were constantly checking on us which was also great. Overall fair, but I will likely not go again.

Almost all the meat was very dry. A couple of choices were good but most were not. The pineapple was excellent

This was our first time at Brasa. The food was great- very nice buffet and the meats were all delicious. The gauchos did a good job spacing out the meats and were helping with service. Our server forgot our bread basket, but when I asked about it, he was timely to retrieve one for us. I would definitely return!
