Experience the Gaucho way at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

The beef was not up to the standard that it has been in the past. It was a bit tough. The service was fantastic.

Our server was extremely nice and came by to check on our experience throughout dinner. There was a server refilling our water throughout the meal as well which was extremely convenient and pleasant. The meat choices were constantly on rotation but the star of the show was absolutely the grilled pineapple. It was absolutely spectacular, didn't even need to have dessert with it! Highly recommend this restaurant if you're staying at the hilton Niagara falls or even just passing through!

The service was good. The food is over rated. Every piece of meat that came out tasted like is was living in salt. Extremely salty to the point that you could not eat without out drinking. Stick to the roasted pineapple

Amazing food, servers came out with the different meats options continuously, endless amounts of food options, very friendly staff, fun atmosphere with the music and samba dancers Can’t wait to bring the family next time

Amazing experience as always! Both meat and buffet selection are outstanding! Truly worth every penny. The service is fantastic and commendable. Specifically, Victor, assigned waiter for our table. Attentive and super efficient! Rommel, the guy who brings in the Picanha/meat tonight was also attentive and very passionate at his job. I really hope these guys would be recognized.

Too cold of air temperature in restaurant, tenderloin tips I had to ask for 3 times, server came with pineapple 10 times compared to meat delivery. Waiters were very friendly and water boy very helpful. Won’t go back for value of meal, coffee and dessert extra on top of $69.00 is ridiculous and unacceptable.
