Experience the Gaucho way at Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse is an exciting edition to the Hilton Hotel and Suites. 12 delectable cuts of fire-roasted beef, pork, lamb and chicken are served tableside. Gourmet salads, fresh grilled vegetables and a variety of side dishes are offered on a buffet while traditional Brazilian sides are served family-style. Using a two-sided disk, diners control the pace of their meal. The green side signals the Gaúchos to bring skewers of sizzling fire-roasted meats to the table. The red side indicates a stopping or resting point. This all-you-can-eat authentic Brazilian experience should not be missed!

Oh my goodness! When i tell you that my best dining experience was Brasa! I cant say it enough, all the sides were delicious, the pineapple salad and penne pasta was chef’s kiss 😘. The meat was fresh and juicy. We loved the grill pineapples (yummy). The service was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our dining experience. Cant wait to come back and visit them again next year.

Meat was tough and chewy and overcooked, cravers were in too much of a hurry. Our waiter was good We Have been to other Brazilian steak houses, and had a much better experience. This one would be hard to recommend ☹️

Great place it you love meat ! Well grilled and tasty ! My only issue is the price (quite expensive for a buffet) all in all an excellent experience 👍🏽

Everything was fabulous. We kept getting offered the same meats and missed some. Our plates were empty for long periods. But what we did have was fantastic

The atmosphere is great but the food was just ok. Most of the meat was rare. Barely any choice for med well. The waiiter we had was good but the meat severs were not. Finally our waiter requested ribs for us. It took 3 requests before we got them. When we did get them they were very tough. Band and dancers were great.

Our first time dining here at Brasa. Was very impressed by the selection of food offered, both carved at your table and the buffet help yourself tables. Very good food, staff were very pleasant to interact with and the entertainment was beyond phenomenal! The dancers and live band. We will definitely be back again!

It was our first time at this establishment! We were extremely pleased with the ambiance, friendly and very attentive staff! The food was amazing! The servers came around frequently with the meat carving! One thing that disappointed me is that when I booked I was asked if it was a special occasion dinner which I said yes, my husband’s birthday! When greeted at the restaurant, the hosted acknowledged that it was my husband’s birthday so I assumed that the server would bring a small slice of cake as most establishments do this as a promotion for their guests. Unfortunately, make and no acknowledgment. So this was a disappointment. We did love the restaurant and the food and will most likely go again! Maybe not for a special occasion! Kathy Pedias

We had lots of fun with the waiters bringing the various meats on offer. Everyone was really friendly. There was certainly value for the eating experience and the food on offer. The buffet was fresh and plentiful. We would defintely go back. It was great being in our hotel! All in all a fun evening!
