Ayant grandi à Brooklyn, le chef/propriétaire, Steven Botta, a appris un grand nombre de recettes utilisées au Brando's de sa mère. Everything we ordered was delicious. The salads the appetizers and the main dishes were all excellent and prepared to our specifications. We have been to Brando’s several times now and have never been disappointed.

My Bronzino was good but the lentils really overpowered it. The house salad was boring. The pasta with clams was also boring although the pasta was excellent quality

The service was amazing as was the menu selection. We were seatedon time with a happy birthday card waiting for us. Brandos continues to be one of my favorite places. The only thing that I can say that went wrong was one of the dishes was ordered without cheese, and it came out covered in cheese. It was returned to the kitchen and a new dish was brought out within five minutes of the rest of the party eating. Will definitely be back.

In visiting Asbury Park, we chose Brando’s because of the crazy high OT rating it has from so many people. The restaurant definitely deserves its reputation! Warm bread basket is presented with roasted garlic olive oil, fresh ricotta, and green olive tapenade—delicious! The Sunday sauce was phenomenal! Meatball, sausage, braciole, and pork rib served with dollops of ricotta simmered all day in red sauce Proustianly calling up happiest memories of sauce Mom used to make. Clams, veal scallopini with crimini mushrooms, sea bass—all served with excellent sauces. Pistachio ice cream cake with sablé crumb crust dizzled with brûlée caramel sauce—wonderful! Service was friendly, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great meal! Thank you! Will definitely come back for more when we are in town!

Top to bottom and front to back one of the best meals I've ever eaten. We opted for outdoor dining on what turned out to be a beautiful Friday night. The vibe outside was great - seating was spacious and noise from the street and other diners was no distraction. Ordered the meatball insalata appetizer - fantastic. Two different versions of their meatballs, each had great taste and visually very appetizing. We also ordered the beggars purse which were full of flavor. They could have used a little more sauce on the plate- but overall very good. Dinner was the Porkchop Brando. Could get through it with my fork- cut like butter. Perfectly seasoned. Probably the best pork chop I've ever had. Wife got the veal parm - as big as the plate- full of flavor and very tender. Dessert was tiramisu - a very large portion (order 1 for 2 people). Very good - but I was still reeling from dinner. Cocktails were great, as well. Highlight of the evening was our server, Brian. Phenomenal recommendations and conversation. He knew the menu front to back- could tell you why to get one thing over the next. We joked and laughed with him - his great personality and attitude were so welcomed and made for a very enjoyable night. We already tell everyone about Brando's and will continue to do so. Can't wait to go back.

The service was superb. Ravioli appetizer, stuffed figs and beet salad were great! The stuffed veal chop special was delicious and well as the veal chop Parmesan. The seafood Fra Diablo was tasteless and disappointing. The desserts were top notch. Delicious homemade coconut cake and the pistachio iced cream cake were amazing. Will definitely return.

We love Brando’s! We celebrated our anniversary and the overall experience was stellar! The stuffed figs with blue cheese, wrapped in prosciutto sitting on top of a disk of fresh watermelon was an excellent appetizer! Then we shared the homemade gnocchi three ways, it melted in your mouth it was so good! A pesto sauce, Alfredo and homemade marinara, to die for it was so good!! A stuffed veal shop with a bacon potato tart, and veal napolian; both meats were cooked beautifully and melted in your mouth! To top it off, we shared their homemade moist coconut layer cake with a raspberry swirl, ice cream and whipped cream - plated on a plate that’s said Happy Anniversary on the rim of the plate - the BEST! We will be back again for sure! Best wait staff ever -> Brian!!! Thank you 🥂♥️
