I’ve been there 3 times on VD. Nothing special set up besides a menu. Food was average. App was soupy, short ribs had no rib was pot roast and strawberry cream had little cream on a dry muffin. Drink was not smoked as promised. Nothing Special!

We sat outside on the enclosed patio and it was very comfortable with heaters (even in February). I had the Grouper and my husband had a Bleu cheese crusted steak and both were delicious! Zade was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Forgot birthday celebration. Fish sandwich BUN was bigger than the actual fish. Server seemed overworked. Nothing said by hostess when leaving restaurant.....how about Thank You for coming to our restaurant. The restaurant seemed dirty with sticky tables. Restaurant is not what it use to be....sad.

Food was amazing had brussel sprouts appetizer recommendations by staff funny thing is I had told her I don't eat brussel sprouts any way they are cooked ever she said let me change your mind for free tonight and guess what I loved them 😳😁 Service was amazing so nice. Very clean.. will definitely be going back

This is sad to write as Branchwater was a special place for us. However, it has become terribly mismanaged. I rated the service poorly, not because our server was poor, but that she and other servers were completely overwhelmed and I blame that on management. We had a 7pm reservation and by 8pm we finally had our drinks and appetizers. We had to send back one drink because we, and the server, had no idea what it was. It was supposed to be a dirty martini but looked and tasted like dishwater. Our server disappeared for long periods of time, not her fault as she had several tables to wait on as did her partner as we observed. Additionally, the floors were dirty and tables were left unbussed for long periods of time. I truly felt at one point that we were on "Restaurant Impossible" on Food Network. Once we did get our food it was the quality we have come to expect, except for one dish that was cold but we did not want to send it get back it was getting on to 9pm. It seems that Branchwater has put all their focus on becoming a bar scene and lost focus on the restaurant. Our prior experience to this was not good but we thought we would give Branchwater another try as we had been going there for several years prior and loved it. But, two bad experiences in a row and we will not be back.
