Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Bistro, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro.

Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms. It is located in the heart of Boulder, CO, just off the historic Pearl Street Mall.

Features a 3-course prix fixe menu with choices for each course, Hand-crafted, seasonal cocktails featuring artisanal spirits and local ingredients show the talent of our incredible bar team who make our restaurant spring to life.

The variety of produce and meats grown on their 425 acre certified Organic farm allows Chef de Cusine Heraclio Garza Silva a limitless palette of flavors, colors, and textures from which to build their award-winning cuisine.

    Join us for the return of our Harvest Celebration "Dirt Dinners". The Dirt Dinner series is one Wednesday per month throughout the 2024 season. Each menu focuses on a vegetable at it's peak of flavor and freshness. For example, in July we'll celebrate the arrival of Squash Blossoms. In August we'll savor perfect tomatoes. November will feature a wide variety of WINTER SQUASH . Our chefs, mixologists and sommelier join in the celebration & rise to the culinary challenge of creating a complete menu and pairings. We embrace the farm theme to create a unique and special evening. Cowboy hats welcome! 4-Course prix-fixe menu & welcome cocktail - $87/pp+tax, gratuity, alcohol Reservations are limited.

    Join us for a special Thanksgiving Dinner. The feast will showcase all of the holiday classics, including turkey and gravy. Diners select an appetizer and their choice of entree (we offer entrees other than turkey, including vegetarian entrees). Accompanying those selections will be a wide range of sides served family-style, like mashed potatoes, roast root vegetables, greens, cranberry sauce and so on. For dessert, we offer a sampler platter of Thanksgiving indulgences (as pecan pie and pumpkin pie are Eric favorites, chances are they will appear on the platter). $105 per person, plus alcohol, tax, and service charge. $50/pp cancelation fee within 5 days of your reservation.

    Outstanding birthday dinner! Not a great place for seafood-only eaters, but meat dishes, vegetables, and preparations are exceptional and creative!

    Underwhelming food that’s overpriced in a nice setting. We won’t be back and I’m disappointed that we didn’t go almost anywhere else’s for dinner.

    From the time we arrived to the time we left our waitress Chloe made us feel welcome and special. The Sommelier was amazing at picking out the perfect dessert wines to complement each of our dessert choices. As for the food, it was incredible. The Sea Bass filet was cooked to perfection with a delicious crispy skin, and the lamb medallions were juicy and tender. All of the vegetables, including the spaghetti squash and polenta, were great accompaniment. Just knowing that the food came from the restaurant’s farm made it very special.

    The service was great, the dinner was good. We started with a seasonal cocktail each - both were good. The sliced bread was excellent. The salads were fresh and excellent - we got the Mediterranean and Beet salads. Ordered Bass and Pork entrees - the bass was a bit fishy and the pork tasted gamey. Deserts were average. We also ordered a bottle of wine - pinot noir which was reasonably priced at $70 and excellent. Dinner with tip $350. We have dined at other Michelin restaurants in Boulder including Oak and 14th, Stella's, and Pizza Alberico. Of the group, this rated #4.

    The employees were very attentive and our service was excellent. The food was amazing, farm to table is the way to go.

    We picked this restaurant because of the happy, cozy date night reviews. There were many good tables but we were given a less than desirable table even though many others were open and despite our reservation. We settled in and then ordered the 3 course tasting menu. The som was great suggesting a unique wine which we enjoyed. The food was fine - not great, like 3 star food dressed up to look 5 star.

    Nice small place, food was a solid B, typical for Boulder. Not exciting nor unique. Lot of meat, few veg options. Probably would not go back.
