Le Bow Valley Ranche dispose de deux restaurants où les gens vont et viennent dans un cadre magnifique du parc provincial Fish Creek. Situé à la fin de Bow Bottom Trail SE, dans le parc provincial Fish Creek, il suffit de suivre les indications pour arriver à Bow Valley Ranche. Le Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant est le nouvel établissement gastronomique situé dans le Ranche Maison restauré. Leur menu propose une interprétation contemporaine de la cuisine régionale en Alberta. Le Grand Salon peut accueillir environ 125 personnes. La Charlie’s room, peut accueillir 25 autres personnes et il y a des options de salle à manger privées. Asseyez-vous à côté de la cheminée massive dans la salle William Roper Hull ou profitez de la véranda par temps chaud. Vous pourrez apprécier le dîner, le souper, les cocktails ou le brunch du week end. Il est préférable de faire une réservation.

We went for brunch - we ordered eggs Benny with smoked salmon and the French toast. I would say go to Orchard for brunch- the food is excellent for the same price The venue at the Ranche is lovely. The cocktails are uninspired. The food was either too rich or tasteless for the eggs Benny - I am not sure what went wrong with the French toast - over cooked for sure, but the honey was too much in some areas and none in others but even when well mixed- the flavour was not balanced at all

Service was by far sub par for a higher end restaurant. Service staff were sloppy in presentation and serving. Food was cold and overcooked.

We had an incredible evening at Bow Valley Ranch, this is a MUST TRY dining experience. The restaurant is located in a beautifully restored home and we had a lovely corner table looking out over a beautiful garden. Our server, Mikela (spelling ??) was amazing....very personable and funny, attentive without being a bother. She answered all our questions and helped with meal suggestions and some substitutions. The food was over the top delicious from the salads/appetizers to the entree and dessert and coffee. Truly a 5 star dining experience....absolutely everything was perfect !!

We always enjoy coming here for brunch. The food is fantastic and we enjoy the ambiance, the decoration, the service, everything! One of my favourite places in Calgary

Let me start by saying that the food was so delicious and also generously portioned for a fine dining restaurant. I had the halibut which was mouth watering in both texture and flavour. We share the burrata appy which we both found to be equally delicious. We were seated in the larger room and both found it to be loud and felt that something could be done to absorb the sounds. It made it difficult to have a quiet conversation. Our server was "okay". He didn't really engage in a meaningful way to make the experience special at all. In fact, I felt like the hostess and the young men running the food were better than him. We noticed other wait staff who were very engaged with their tables. Like all restaurants these days, the prices are very high. Might go back, but also might not.

We sat in a smaller room which I would recommend as the main dining area is quite loud. Service staff are very scattered and not particularly professional, still nice though. Food was excellent except for my steak which was very fatty and although not overcooked, tasted like it had been on an open flame giving it a charcoal flavor. Crème brûlée was amazing as was the mussels and beet root salad.

We finished our trip to the Canadian Rockies with a delicious dinner at the Bow Valley Ranche before heading up to the Calgary Airport. Set in a beautiful park, we started with a cocktail on the comfortable porch, and then went inside to enjoy dinner. The service, meal and ambiance were outstanding. We hope to return again when we next pass through Calgary,

Excellent food. Great ambiance! The 3-course set lunch was a perfect satisfying meal. It would be great if the service is more warm and welcoming.
