Le Bow Valley Ranche dispose de deux restaurants où les gens vont et viennent dans un cadre magnifique du parc provincial Fish Creek. Situé à la fin de Bow Bottom Trail SE, dans le parc provincial Fish Creek, il suffit de suivre les indications pour arriver à Bow Valley Ranche. Le Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant est le nouvel établissement gastronomique situé dans le Ranche Maison restauré. Leur menu propose une interprétation contemporaine de la cuisine régionale en Alberta. Le Grand Salon peut accueillir environ 125 personnes. La Charlie’s room, peut accueillir 25 autres personnes et il y a des options de salle à manger privées. Asseyez-vous à côté de la cheminée massive dans la salle William Roper Hull ou profitez de la véranda par temps chaud. Vous pourrez apprécier le dîner, le souper, les cocktails ou le brunch du week end. Il est préférable de faire une réservation.

                                                We were celebrating my spouse’s birthday. He wasn’t sure what kind of wine he wanted and requested the server for their recommendation. They gave him two samples to try from, which really adds to the service as in other restaurants the server would just give one recommendation and not give him a choice to taste test it. We ordered the octopus and the bison tartare as appetizers. The bison didn’t have a lot of flavor but the octopus was very flavourful and delicious. For our mains I had the roasted chicken and my spouse had the strip loin. The chicken was a bit too salty, but my spouse’s strip loin was spot on. We opted out on dessert as we were full. But our server brought out a small carrot cake with “Happy Birthday” written on the plate, which was a nice way to end the meal. Overall, great experience. I enjoy the minor touch and details that our waitress provided as it really leaves a good impression on the whole service. The food was super delicious.

                                                Wonderful ambiance, great friendly service, quiet elegance. The mushroom brioche poached eggs with trufffles is exceptional and worth the trip there. Top notch!

                                                We had the Afternoon Tea and the whole experience was such a delight. The selection of teas were amazing and the variety of sweet and savoury was just right. The quality of the food was fantastic and the ambience of the room was so warm and inviting. With the choices of Afternoon Tea in the city, what I liked about this was the location, and right in Fish Creek Park, free and ample parking and Bow Valley Ranche House is so picturesque. Our server was Adriana and she was attentive to our table, ensuring our drinks were always topped off, and cleared out parts of our table as needed. She encouraged us to take our time during our stay and all in all was a fantastic experience. We have lived in the area for over 10 years and wondered why it took us so long to try this. We will definitely be back and try other experiences the place has to offer.

                                                Amazing Valentine's menu. Perfect size portions and plenty to eat. Ricotta Gnudi and steak dishes were lovely. Wonderful service as always.
