Le Boulevard est relié à l'emblématique Gerard Lounge à Sutton Place Hotel, au cœur du centre-ville de Vancouver. Le Boulevard possède un bar à huîtres, une salle à manger privée et un grand patio extérieur. Ce restaurant est la nouvelle vitrine de la légendaire cuisine du chef Alex Chen. Boulevard is pleased to announce the continuation of our Dessert Tasting Menu series by Executive Pastry Chef, Kenta Takahashi. Kenta, Canada's Best Pastry Chef of 2020, 2023 and 2024 as awarded by Canada's 100 Best and Vancouver Magazine's 2024 Pastry Chef of the year, will present: DESSERT: A Symphony in 5 Courses. For each date, Chef Kenta will explore the colours, harvest, inspirations and emotions of the season, presenting and showcasing the expression, creativity, and techniques of one of Canada's true culinary artists.

I've never heard much about this restaurant. I highly recommend it for any occasion. The quality of food and value for your money Is spot on. We will definitely go back but this time with friends!

It was a wonderful date night with my wife. All staff were very kind and accommodating. We felt take care of. When i booked the reservation, there was an area to put in additional request/instruction, i decided to put in a request, and was very pleasantly surprised that they accommodated my request. A small cake for my wife. I thank the entire staff of Boulevard Kitchen for their kind service. Special mention to Jameson our server (hope i spelled his name right)

Amazing restaurant, we haven't had to leave the hotel for the weekend. We have had lunch, breakfast the next day and also happy hour. Great service and amazing food. Best crispy chicken wings, fresh fresh oysters, good corn bread (only the butter was hard but they quickly remedied that), and the desserts, both days were amazing. Definitely a hidden gem.
