Le Boulevard est relié à l'emblématique Gerard Lounge à Sutton Place Hotel, au cœur du centre-ville de Vancouver. Le Boulevard possède un bar à huîtres, une salle à manger privée et un grand patio extérieur. Ce restaurant est la nouvelle vitrine de la légendaire cuisine du chef Alex Chen. Il respecte la tradition française, tout en restant moderne. L'objectif est d'offrir un décor, un service et une cuisine qui les représentent bien.

Came here for a birthday and hadn't been to the restaurant since it changed to Boulevard Kitchen! We made reservations and when we arrived we were greeted and seated very quickly. Our sever Larry was amazing! From his wine and food recommendations and his attentive nature made for a very wonderful dining experience. Not to mention a memorable birthday foe the guest of honor. We will definitely be dining here again.

Classic glamour was the vibe. Muted quality decor. A nice bar to sit and wait for my table at. The food was delicious, really delicious. Tuna sashimi to start, Thai scallops and pork for main, chocolate and praline to finish. The seafood towers on the tables around me looked amazing. A lovely place to go for a treat. Thank you Boulevard

What we expected to be a nice lunch turned out to be the gem in our 8 day trip to British Columbia! I loved the food, the presentation, the freshness of the oysters. Simply excellent. However, the service was truly exceptional! A masterful example of the wonderful possibilities of fine dining.

What a fabulous evening. Everything from the oysters, appies,through the main course was simply exquisite. Whatever you do, don’t skip desert. Awesome wine list, and the sommelier was so informative. With all the ‘good’ places to eat downtown, Boulevard stand above.

Service was top notch! Chelsea was so attentive and helpful and made great recommendations. The food was a ten for me!!

Food was very good - ingredients and execution were impressive and it was reasonably priced for the quality. Chef stopped by to say hello (we were on his route back to the kitchen from a more elaborate dinner party table with 5 or 6 wine glasses per person carefully arrayed, but still good of him to visit). Service was first rate. Attentive, anticipatory and careful without being formal. Good energy of a service team able and encouraged to be their authentic selves while making guests feel welcome.

Extremely noisy ( some guests were boisterous!) the food was blunt and compared to other restaurants the food was deficient in quality. I strongly suggest they change their chef ASAP. Also, the waiter was kinda exhausted and as if he hadn't enough motivation to provide services! The location of the restaurant is great but the ambiance is awful! Such a waste! My wife said this was the worst food she had ever tasted in Vancouver! I don't accept the food of this restaurant is even for free! Please, CHANGE YOUR CHEF ASAP
