Le Boulevard est relié à l'emblématique Gerard Lounge à Sutton Place Hotel, au cœur du centre-ville de Vancouver. Le Boulevard possède un bar à huîtres, une salle à manger privée et un grand patio extérieur. Ce restaurant est la nouvelle vitrine de la légendaire cuisine du chef Alex Chen. Service was amazing. We felt very taken care of. Food was delicious. Sablefish melts in your mouth. Drinks were excellent. Happy hour has good prices.

Great food. However the last two times we were there, we had terrible service. The server was indifferent to our table and didn’t want to be there. We ordered the Tomahawk steak and she did not bother asking how we liked our steak done. We asked for recommendations on oysters and desserts. She said they are all good. She was not interested in explaining the dishes or helping us make a decision. In between courses, we waited for water for 20mins. We advised the restaurant that we are here celebrating a birthday at the time when we made the reservation. We noticed that our server brought up a candle and a small cake to the table across from us, but she never acknowledged our request for birthday celebration. Overall the service is very disappointing but food is great.

We decided to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary here after being let down by Glowbal, and from the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Jamie took excellent care of us throughout the entire evening. They even gifted us an extra appetizer and treated us desserts that we were curious about. The hanger steak, their signature dish, was perfect as always. My husband and I were so glad we chose this place instead—it truly made our night! Thank you.

I was worried that a restaurant in a hotel would be over priced and underwhelming. This restaurant is anything but that; simply outstanding. Fantastic food and the best service I have had in any restaurant in Canada. Perfect and worth the price!
