Des ingrédients frais et locaux, préparés avec soin. D'excellents vins qui reflètent la qualité et le caractère de notre région et s'accordent avec la cuisine. Une ambiance accueillante et chaleureuse, avec un service détendu. Le concept de cuisine « Wine Country » du Santa Barbara implique une approche « aussi frais et locaux que possible » pour nos ingrédients, avec des poissons pêchés dans le canal de Santa Barbara et des produits issus de la campagne environnante. Puis nous associons ces saveurs avec les vins de la région. Je pense que vous noterez la différence et que vous apprécierez ces accords mets et vins. We had a most excellent meal in a charming setting. The service was seamless, warm, and professional. One of our best eating experiences in a very long time.

The food took forever to come out and was cold so they took it back and instead of remaking it they put it under a lamp and brought it back out. My wife ordered the “ribeye” steak but it was more like a flank steak and it was over cooked and dry. I ordered the duck and it wasn’t bad but it was just cold so not enjoyable. Wouldn’t come back and would not recommend. I talked to someone who used to work here and they mentioned the owner lost his love for the restaurant during COVID and it shows.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but Bouchon definitely earned its stars last night! My fiancé and I came for Valentine’s Day dinner and were expecting the typical “lower quality service and rushed atmosphere” but were extremely impressed with all bouchon had to offer! From start to finish, the service was impeccable. I cannot stress enough- if it weren’t for the adorable heart-shaped balloons and rose-petal covered tables, we wouldn’t have even been able to tell it was Valentine’s Day (in the best way possible). On top of the incredible, friendly, and warm service, the food was also top-notch. Starting with the fresh sourdough bread, rounding out with the delectable French-onion soup, to the perfectly cooked surf and turf, this truly was one of the better meals we’ve had. My fiance even said the Warm Lemon-Berry cake was probably in his top 5 desserts ever! So thank you, bouchon, for your incredible staff, delicious food, and giving my fiance and I a new favorite restaurant in Santa Barbara!

Seated outdoors in tented area. Had the misfortune of being to a Utility crew servicing something under the street (open manhole cover). Trashed the ambiance for V Day. Food was very good...but, sadly, not great. Wagyu steak not as tender as it should be.

Intimate, Exceptional and a wonderful pre Valentine dinner at this beautiful restaurant. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, fun and welcoming. Definitely a must go while in Santa Barbara.

Staff were so welcoming, the food and wine were amazing. Sat in the lovers lane it was an adorable quiet nook for those wanting a quiet dinner.

It was good, not great. The screwed in bamboo rolls on the ceiling told me everything I needed to know. Go to Lark instead
