Chef Michael Chiarello est retourné à ses racines culinaires en créant une cuisine italienne de saison de la ferme à la table reflétant les saveurs audacieuses du patrimoine de Chiarello dans son premier style de signature qui l'a rendu célèbre à Tra Vigne dans les années 90. Un chef étoilé/ hôte de vintner & Food Network, Chiarello célèbre ses racines italiennes et la vallée de Napa avec un menu faisant rappelant sa longue pratique d'utiliser les meilleurs produits locaux et durables. Situé à Yountville, au coeur de la vallée de Napa, Bottega dispose d'une carte de vins comptant les favoris de la vallée et une sélection d'italiens intéressante. Chiarello incarne intégralement une vielle demeure de 1800 avec ses beaux planchers de bois franc, poutres en bois, ses vieux murs en briques et ses fenêtres. La salle à manger accueillante est accentué avec des antiquités récupérées, des tissus chauds et des luminaires à l'ancienne offrant au restaurant un confort du vieux monde.

This was definitely one of the best meals we had in Yountville. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We felt taken care of, and my gluten allergy was taken very seriously. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the noise level. Yes it can become energetic, we expected that. This night however, there was a very large party of extremely rowdy guests seated beside us and the noise just kept amping up over the course of the evening. I wonder if seating larger parties in the back or on the patio may be better? All in all a pleasant evening. This is one of the better restaurants on the Yountville strip; delicious food without the pretentious attitude and over charges. ;)

Overpriced, even for the area. Expectations were high, but restaurant failed to deliver. Appetizers were good (burrata and calamari) but pasta entees a huge disappointment. Beware the $70 corkage fee for a magnum of wine. When making the reservation, I mentioned we were celebrating a milestone birthday, which was acknowledged with a generic postcard and nothing else, not even a nicer table. There are much better restaurants in the valley. Avoid this tourist trap.

This is just an okay restaurant in yountville. So many better restaurants. However looks like a great place for large parties. Good is just so so. Server was very attentive and friendly. Seems like it’s a chain restaurant…is it!??

We love coming here in generally only order from the appetizer menu because the items there are so tasty and we don’t end up with room for an entrée on this visit the Prosciutto wrapped fried pasta balls , a new addition and delightful. And the tiramisu dessert was otherworldly

Beautiful restaurant with very friendly and professional staff. Better to go with a party of 4 as the duce tables are in a shared space long banquette and a bit cramped . I ordered the risotto and was disappointed that it came out rather quickly (tepid, which confirmed it was prepared well ahead of time) Halibut was good . The Artisan bread was outstanding . I would have ordered a steak but at over $50.00 a pound just couldn’t justify. I will return to try some of the other dishes which looked good.

Excellent good always, felt special for my bday. Accommodating to our group size, servers were nice and friendly, table was great, now has charges for water and bread which is kinda weak, but our only issues came from the environment; lights kept flickering, walls needs patch work as painting was chipped and patchy looking and woman’s bathroom door is not bolted correctly. Closet inside woman’s bathroom should be marked as many think it’s a stall. Other than that, will come back. Also will email GM re environment.

Everything was PERFECT!😍 Pasta is sooo good! The dessert was alright, not something I would order again or care for from this place but other than that, it is Perfect!
